| Abstract | ||
| المعلم أحد أهم الركائز والعنصر الحاسم في نجاح العملية التعليمية؛ لدوره في صياغة أفكار الطلاب، وتشكيل سلوكهم، وتكوين قيمهم وتنشئتهم اجتماعياً كمواطنين صالحين لأنفسهم ومجتمعهم؛ فالمعلم مربي أجيال وناقل ثقافة مجتمع من جيل إلى جيل، كما أن وظيفته وظيفة سامية ومقدسة تحدث عنها الرسل والأنبياء والرجال الدين والفلاسفة على مر العصور والأجيال. وقد تناولت مسارات الإصلاح والتقويم والجودة جميعها قضية إعداد المعلم، فالمعلم المؤهل أكاديميًا ومهنيًا يحدث أثرًا واضحاً في المتعلمين حتى لو اعترى المنهج نوعًا من القصور؛ كما أن جميع محاولات إصلاح التعليم تضيع هباءً إذا لم يكن المعلم على رأس أولوياتها من حيث الاختيار والإعداد والتنمية المهنية والتدريب، وغيرها من القضايا التي تؤدي في النهاية إلى الارتقاء بمهنة التعليم. وقد تعددت الأدوار المطلوبة التي يتوخاها المجتمع من المعلم، خاصة في عصر تتجدد فيه المعارف والتحديات والمتغيرات يوماً بعد يوم، بل ربما لحظة بعد لحظة، تتشابك وتتعقد وتتداخل هذه المتغيرات فارضة نفسها على الجميع، وهذا ما يجعل قضية إعداد المعلم وتنميته مهنياً أمراً في غاية الأهمية والضرورة لمواجهة تلك التحديات والقيام بدوره على أكمل وجه. وتأتي قضية التغيرات المناخية والمخاطر التي تواجهها البيئة من أكبر التحديات التي يتعين على الحكومات، وكذلك المجتمع الدولي التعامل معها بجدية، والبحث عن حلول تتسم بالتخطيط وحسابات المستقبل، والاستدامة. وفي إطار حرص الدولة المصرية علي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتنفيذ استراتيجية مصر 2030 تم إطلاق استراتيجية مصر للتحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر حيث تستهدف أن تلتزم مشروعات الخطة الاستثمارية بمعايير الاستدامة البيئية وزيادة عدد المشروعات الخضراء في المجالات المختلفة كالزراعة والنقل والكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة وإدارة المخلفات وغيرها، ويأتي ذلك لمواجهة المخاطر والتحديات المستقبلية التي تواجه مصر من التغيرات المناخية، والأمن الغذائي، والأمن المائي، وضمان الاستقرار الاقتصادي. ويعتبر الاقتصاد الأخضر من المفاهيم الحديثة التي حظيت باهتمام العديد من الباحثين نظرا لدوره في استخدامه بمجال الطاقة النظيفة من أجل تعزيز معالجة القضايا الاقتصادية والبيئية والذي أولت له مختلف دول العالم أهمية كبيرة في بناء اقتصاداتها وضمان مستقبل مستدام لجميع أفراد الدولة؛ بسبب لارتفاع نسب التلوث وانتشار عدة عوامل خارجة تؤثر على البيئة بشكل سلبي، بحيث تسعى الدول بمختلف جهاتها الحكومية والقطاع الخاص الى اتخاذ تدابير واستراتيجيات من شأنها المساهمة في الحصول على اقتصاد أخضر من خلال تبني جهودها في القيام بمشاريع خضراء تعتمد على الطاقة النظيفة وتقديم اقتراحات في مختلف المؤتمرات والندوات واللقاءات المتعلقة بالتنمية المستدامة. ويأتي دور المعلم في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية وتعزيز مبادئ الاقتصاد الأخضر في قائمة أولويات الإصلاح التعليمي بما يمكنه من إعداد طلابه لمواكبة متطلبات تلك التغيرات؛ لذا جاء هذا البحث ليتناول الأدوار الجديدة للمعلم في تعزيز مبادئ الاقتصاد الأخضر، التي من الضروري إلمام المعلم بها والسعي لتحقيقها من خلال تنميته مهنيًا وذاتيًا. The teacher is one of the most important pillars and the decisive element in the success of the educational process. For its role in formulating students’ ideas, shaping their behavior, forming their values and socializing them as good citizens for themselves and their society; The teacher is the educator of generations and the transmitter of the culture of a society from one generation to the next. His job is also a sublime and sacred job that the apostles, prophets, clerics and philosophers have spoken about throughout the ages and generations. The reform, evaluation, and quality paths have all addressed the issue of teacher preparation. An academically and professionally qualified teacher makes a clear impact on learners, even if the curriculum is somewhat deficient. Also, all attempts to reform education are in vain if the teacher is not a top priority in terms of selection, preparation, professional development, training, and other issues that ultimately lead to the advancement of the teaching profession. The required roles that society envisions for teachers are numerous, especially in an era in which knowledge, challenges, and variables are renewed day after day, and perhaps even moment after moment. These variables are intertwined, complicated, and overlap, imposing themselves on everyone. This is what makes the issue of teacher preparation and professional development extremely important. It is necessary to face these challenges and play his role to the fullest. The issue of climate change and the risks facing the environment are among the biggest challenges that governments, as well as the international community, must deal with seriously, and search for solutions characterized by planning, future calculations, and sustainability. Within the framework of the Egyptian state’s keenness to achieve sustainable development and implement the Egypt Strategy 2030, Egypt’s strategy for transitioning towards a green economy was launched, as it aims to ensure that the investment plan projects adhere to environmental sustainability standards and increase the number of green projects in various fields such as agriculture, transportation, electricity, renewable energy, waste management, and others. This comes to confront... Future risks and challenges facing Egypt from climate change, food security, water security, and ensuring economic stability. The green economy is considered one of the modern concepts that has received the attention of many researchers due to its role in its use in the field of clean energy in order to enhance the treatment of economic and environmental issues, and to which various countries of the world have given great importance in building their economies and ensuring a sustainable future for all individuals in the country. Due to the high rates of pollution and the spread of several external factors that affect the environment negatively, countries, with their various governmental bodies and the private sector, seek to take measures and strategies that would contribute to obtaining a green economy by adopting their efforts in carrying out green projects that depend on clean energy and submitting proposals in various fields. Conferences, seminars and meetings related to sustainable development. The role of the teacher in confronting climate change and promoting the principles of the green economy is on the list of educational reform priorities, enabling him to prepare his students to keep pace with the requirements of these changes. Therefore, this research came to address the new roles of the teacher in promoting the principles of the green economy, which it is necessary for the teacher to be familiar with and strive to achieve through his professional and personal development. | ||
