| Abstract | ||
| Artificial intelligence is playing a prominent role in tourism. The tourism sector is one of the most important sectors that has benefited from artificial intelligence techniques, especially in supporting and developing therapeutic tourism centres in Egypt. Artificial intelligence is one of the most important strategies for providing information on therapeutic tourism and helping to make important decisions, especially in imposing health policies that match the demands of the age of providing quality services, applying modern health technologies, and in keeping with Egypt ' s vision (2030), and caring for digital transformation. The purpose of the research is to highlight the impact of the application of artificial intelligence on the development and support of therapeutic tourism in Egypt and the obstacles to its development and to make proposals for its development. Research has been based on the analytical descriptive approach and the distribution of survey forms to 230 workers in therapeutic tourism centres in Egypt. The study made some recommendations that could help the therapeutic tourism centres in Egypt to maximize the use of artificial intelligence techniques and overcome the obstacles to its application.intelligence techniques and overcome the obstacles to its application. | ||
