| Abstract | ||
| المستخلص هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى نوع النمط الإداري التربوي وتأثيره على الرضا الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية في لواء الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر ، وكما هدفت الى معرفة اذا كان هناك اختلاف بين استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة حول نوع النمط الإداري التربوي والرضا الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية في لواء الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر حسب متغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وتم اختيار عينة الدارسة وفقاً لطريقة العينة المتيسرة وكانت بحجم (73) من معلمي التعليم الثانوي لواء الشمال ، حيث اعتمدت على مقياس مكون من (41 ) فقرة وتحقق الباحث من صدق وثبات الاداة، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعه من النتائج كانت اهمها ان ان هناك علاقة إيجابية واثر معنوي بين النمط الاداري التربوي والرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين في المدارس الثانوية في لواء الشمال كان ، وتبين عدم وجود فروق بين استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة نوع النمط الإداري التربوي والرضا الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية في لواء الشمال بالنسبة (الجنس الصفوف الدراسية وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي) وبناء على نتائج الدراسة كان اهم التوصيات تطوير برامج تدريبية وتطويرية للقادة التربويين في المدارس الثانوية، تركز على تعزيز مهارات القيادة الفعالة وبناء علاقات إيجابية مع المعلمين، بهدف تعزيز مدى الرضا الوظيفي لديهم والدعم والتشجيع للمعلمين والاهتمام بتقدير جهودهم، وذلك من خلال تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات تشجيعية وتقديم بيئة عمل إيجابية، مما يساهم في تعزيز الرضا الوظيفي وتعزيز أداء المعلمين في المدارس الثانوي Abstract: The study aimed to identify the prevalent type of educational administrative pattern and its impact on job satisfaction from the perspective of secondary school teachers in the northern district within the Green Line. It also sought to determine if there were differences in responses regarding the type of educational administrative pattern and job satisfaction based on gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, the researcher selected a sample of 73 secondary school teachers in the northern district using convenience sampling. A scale comprising 41 items was employed, and the tool's validity and reliability were ensured. The study revealed a significant positive relationship and impact between the educational administrative pattern and job satisfaction among secondary school teachers in the northern district. Moreover, no differences were found in responses regarding the type of educational administrative pattern and job satisfaction based on gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. Based on the study's findings, recommendations include the development of training and development programs for educational leaders in secondary schools, focusing on enhancing effective leadership skills and building positive relationships with teachers to enhance their job satisfaction. Additionally, supporting and appreciating teachers' efforts through the implementation of encouraging policies and procedures and providing a positive work environment were emphasized to further boost job satisfaction and teacher performance in secondary schools. | ||
