| Abstract | ||
| يناقش البحث مراتب الاستدلال في الأحاديث الضعيفة في التفسير، ودرس مرتبتين منها، هما: الاستدلال بالحديث الضعيف فيما ليس فيه اختلاف في التفسير، مع ذكر دلائل قبول الاستدلال بالحديث الضعيف في هذه المرتبة، وأنواعه، وأحواله. ثم المرتبة الثانية: الاستدلال بالحديث الضعيف لتقوية رأي راجح في التفسير، مع بيان قرائن قبول الاستدلال بالحديث الضعيف في هذه المرتبة، وبلغت: سبع قرائن تفسيرية، هي: الحديث الصحيح، الإجماع على المعنى، قول عامة السلف أو جمهور العلماء، شهرة الحديث عند العلماء، السياق، لغة العرب، القراءة الشاذة. وخلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: يعد الترجيح بالحديث الضعيف أحد المرجحات التي عمل بها بعض المفسرين أحيانًا، وأن ضعف سند الحديث لا يستلزم منه ضعف متنه، خاصة إذا احتفت به قرائن القبول في التفسير. This research addresses the evidentiary ranking of weak hadiths with particular emphasis upon 2 ranks, namely: Evidentiary power of weak hadiths in matters where there is no difference in the interpretation thereof among scholars, mentioning evidence substantiating reliance upon weak hadiths and the types thereof, and the circumstances in connection therewith. Evidentiary power of weak hadiths in the corroboration of a predominant opinion in interpretation mentioning presumptive evidence on the acceptability of using weak hadiths of this rank There are 7 such presumptive evidence in the field of interpretation, namely: Authoritative hadiths, consensual agreement on their meaning, the opinion of the majority of scholars, recognizability of such hadiths among scholars, the context, provisions of the Arabic language, and abnormal readings This research arrived at several results, namely Using weak hadiths for corroboration is one of the methods that is sometimes used by exegetists, weakness in the chain of transmission of hadiths does not necessitate a weakness in their text particularly if there is presumptive evidence on the acceptability of using such weak hadiths in interpretation | ||
