| Abstract | ||
| يعد العنف قضية كبرى عرفته المجتمعات البشرية منذ فجر التاريخ، وهو إحدى القوى التي تعمل على الهدم أكثر من البناء في تكوين الشخصية الإنسانية ونموها، فهو انفعال تثيره مواقف عديدة، ويؤدي بالإنسان إلى ارتكاب أفعال مؤذية في حق ذاته أحيانًا، وفي حق الآخرين أحيانًا كثيرة. وأثناء هذا السلوك يكف العقل عن قدرته على الإقناع أو الاقتناع، فيلجأ الفرد لتأكيد ذاته وإثباتها عن طريق الاستجابة السلوكية التي تتصف بطبيعة انفعالية شديدة، تنطوي على انخفاض مستوى البصيرة والتفكير لديه. إن العنف هو سلوك أو فعل يتسم بالعدوانية، يصدر عن فرد أو جماعة أو طبقة اجتماعية أو دولة بهدف استغلال طرف آخر وإخضاعه في إطار علاقة قوة غير متكافئة اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا وسياسيًا، ما يتسبب في إحداث أضرار مادية أو معنوية أو نفسية لفرد أو جماعة أو طبقة اجتماعية أو دولة أخرى. Violence is a major issue that human societies have known since the dawn of history. It is one of the forces that work to destroy more than to build in the formation and growth of the human personality. It is an emotion provoked by many situations, and it leads a person to commit harmful acts against himself sometimes, and against others many times. During this behavior, the mind ceases its ability to persuade or persuade, so the individual resorts to asserting and proving himself through a behavioral response that is characterized by an intense emotional nature, which involves a decrease in his level of insight and thinking. Violence is an aggressive behavior or act committed by an individual, group, social class or state with the aim of exploiting and subjugating another party within the framework of an unequal economic, social and political power relationship, which causes material, moral or psychological damage to an individual, group or social class.
