| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلي التعرف على إدارة المنصات الالكترونية ودورها في الاستثمار الرياضي بالمؤسسات الرياضية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث ولتحقيق أهدافه، واختار الباحث عينة عمدية طبقية بلغ عددها ( 70 ) فرد من مجتمع البحث، وتكونت العينة الاستطلاعية من (10) أفراد من خارج عينة البحث الأساسية، ومن خلال ما توصل إليه الباحث من نتائج يستنتج أن تقنيات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية تتمثل في المنصات الالكترونية التي تقلل من تراكم مرور الأداء الفعّال وتكلفة البرامج، كما تتيح تقنية التوقيع الإلكتروني في المراسلات وهي شبكة ذات نطاق واسع تحتوي على (الفيديو- البيانات - الأصوات) وبرامج الأرشفة الإلكترونية والاشتراكات والعضوية والبريد الإلكتروني وخدمات الويب وبرامج الدعم الفني والمحمول ونظام الشراء الإلكتروني والمكتبة الإلكترونية وإدارة المستندات الإلكترونية والاجتماع عن بعد، وأن استخدامات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية تتمثل في إلغاء الازدواجية والتكرار في المهام بين الوحدات الإدارية وإعادة توزيع المهام وفقاً للمؤهلات والقدرات والمهارات التي يمتلكها العاملين وتوظيف تقنية الويب ودمج مميزات أنظمة إدارة نشر المحتوى الإلكتروني وتبادل الأفكار ومشاركة المحتوى للحصول على مخرجات ذات جودة عالية والتوسع في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لسد الفجوة الرقمية مع المجتمعات المتقدمة، ومن خلال ما توصل إليه الباحث من نتائج يوصي بضرورة الاهتمام بإدخال التكنولوجيا لإدارة البيانات التي تعمل على تحسين النتائج التجارية للمؤسسات الرياضية، ورفع مستوى الأداء الرياضي للرياضيين، والاهتمام بنشر البيانات التي سيتم تسويقها والتي تشمل الابتكار التكنولوجي والإحصاء الحيوي وتعمل على تحسين إدارة المؤسسة الرياضية، وإدارة المنصات الإلكترونية تعزز الأداء وتسهم في الكشف عن مواهبها داخل وخارج الملعب، وتقدم حلول تجارية مبتكرة يمكن أن تدعم زيادة الإيرادات. The research aims to identify the management of electronic platforms and their role in sports investment within sports institutions. The study relies on a descriptive analytical approach suited to the nature of the research and aimed at achieving its objectives. The researcher selected a stratified intentional sample of 70 individuals from the study population, with a preliminary sample composed of 10 individuals from outside the main research sample. Based on the findings, the researcher concludes that electronic management techniques in sports institutions are represented by electronic platforms that reduce the accumulation of effective performance and the costs of programs. It also enables electronic signatures in correspondence, utilizing a wide range network that includes video, data, sounds, electronic archiving programs, subscriptions, membership, email, web services, technical support programs, mobile systems, electronic purchasing, electronic libraries, document management, and remote meetings. Additionally, the applications of electronic management in sports institutions aim to eliminate redundancy and repetition of tasks among administrative units and to redistribute tasks based on the qualifications, capabilities, and skills of the staff. It involves leveraging web technology and integrating features of content management systems, exchanging ideas, and sharing content to achieve high-quality outputs while expanding the use of information technology to bridge the digital divide with advanced societies. The researcher recommends emphasizing the incorporation of technology for data management to enhance commercial outcomes for sports institutions and improve athletes' performance. There is also a need to focus on disseminating marketable data that includes technological innovation and bio-statistics, which contributes to improved management of sports institutions. Furthermore, managing electronic platforms enhances performance and contributes to uncovering talents both on and off the field, offering innovative commercial solutions that can support revenue growth. | ||
