| Background: Cesarean delivery is the most common inpatient surgical procedure performed worldwide; improving the peri- operative care of parturients has significant global implications. This study aimed to compare Ketorolac versus Nefopam when administered intravenously with Tramadol during induction of anesthesia as post-operative analgesia over a 24 hours period following surgery in patients who undergo cesarean section. Methods: This prospective randomized controlled study was conducted on 100 female patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II. Patients were randomly allocated into two equal groups: Group N: Received slow intravenous administration of Nefopam. Group K: Received slow intravenous administration of Ketorolac.
