| Abstract | ||
| The research mainly aimed to identify the level of efficiency of transferring agricultural technology from the point of view of extension workers in Qalyubia Governorate. This is achieved through the following sub-objectives: determining the level of efficiency of transferring agricultural innovations from the point of view of extension workers in Qalyubia Governorate, as well as identifying the correlation between the efficiency of transferring agricultural innovations From the point of view of the extension workers as a dependent variable and among the independent variables studied, and determining the percentages of contribution of the independent variables that have a moral relationship to the overall degree of competence of the extension workers in transferring agricultural innovations in explaining their total variance, The data for this research was collected during the period from September to the end of December 2023 AD using a questionnaire form. The research included a total of 703 extension workers in Qalyubia Governorate, and a sample of 248 workers, representing 35.27%, was taken. They were chosen randomly. Regularly, a number of statistical methods were used to analyze the data, namely: frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s simple correlation coefficient, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression. The most important results were as follows: - The degree of efficiency of transferring agricultural innovations from the point of view of extension workers was directly and significantly related at the 0.01 level of significance with six independent variables, while it was inversely significant at the 0.01 level of significance with one variable. - The degree of efficiency of transferring agricultural innovations from the point of view of extension workers was inversely and significantly related at a significance level of 0.05 to one of the independent variables. - There are four independent variables that have a significant relationship with the total degree of competence of extension workers in transferring agricultural innovations, which together contribute 29.1% of the total variance explained. | ||
