| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع شراكة أسر ذوي الإعاقة مع المدرسة في ضوء نموذج إبستين للشراكة في مدينة الرياض، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق هذه الشراكة، والكشف عن أبرز سبل تطويرها، وذلك من وجهة نظر المعلمات. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ لتحقيق أهدافها، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من 2094معلمة للتربية الخاصة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ قوامها 341معلمة، وتمثل ما نسبته 16% تقريباً من المجتمع الأصلي. كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 1445هـ. وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: بالنسبة لواقع شراكة أسر ذوي الإعاقة مع المدرسة في مدينة الرياض على ضوء نموذج إبستين؛ خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أفراد العينة من المعلمات يرون تحقق هذه الشراكة بدرجة (متوسطة) بشكل عام، وكان نمط التعلم في المنزل هو أكثر الأنماط تحققاً، وكان أقل الأنماط تحققاً هو نمط التطوع. وبالنسبة للصعوبات التي تواجه تفعيل شراكة أسر ذوي الإعاقة مع المدرسة في مدينة الرياض على ضوء نموذج إبستين؛ وجدت الدراسة أن أفراد العينة من المعلمات يرون تحقق وجود هذه الصعوبات بدرجة (متوسطة) وذلك بشكل عام، وعلى مستوى الأنماط كانت موافقة أفراد العينة على الصعوبات المذكورة في تفعيل نمط التعاون مع المجتمع المحلي هي الأعلى، وكانت الصعوبات في تفعيل نمط التواصل هي الأقل من بين الأنماط. بالنسبة لأبرز سبل تطوير شراكة أسر ذوي الإعاقة مع المدرسة في مدينة الرياض على ضوء نموذج إبستين؛ رأت الدراسة أن أفراد العينة من المعلمات موافقات على سبل التطوير المذكورة بدرجة (متوسطة) وذلك بشكل عام، وكانت موافقة العينة على سبل التطوير في نمط صنع القرار هي الأعلى، بينما كانت الموافقة على سبل التطوير في نمط التعلم في المنزل هي الأقل موافقة في رأي عينة الدراسة. This The study aimed to know the reality of the partnership of families of people with disabilities with the school in light of the Epstein model of partnership in Riyadh city, identify the difficulties facing its implementation, and reveal the most prominent ways to develop it, from the point of view of teachers. The study relied on the descriptive survey method, and the study population consisted of 2,094 special education teachers, and a random sample of 341 teachers was selected, representing approximately 16% of the original population. The questionnaire was used as a study tool, and the study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 1445 AH. Among its most notable results are the following: The study concluded that the female teachers in the sample believe that this partnership has been achieved in reality to a (moderate) degree in general, and that the learning at home style was the most achieved style, and the least achieved was the volunteering one. The study found that the female teachers in the sample believe that the difficulties facing the activation of this partnership are achieved to a (moderate) degree in general, and at the level of patterns, the sample members’ agreement on the difficulties mentioned in activating cooperation pattern with the local community was the highest, and the difficulties in activating the communication pattern were the least among the patterns. The study found that the female teachers in the sample agreed on the mentioned development methods to a (moderate) degree in general, and the sample’s approval of the mentioned development methods in the decision-making style was the highest, while in the home learning style it was the least agreeable. | ||
