| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه أسر الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع الإمارتي. واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة التحديات التي تواجه أسر الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة -إعداد الباحثين-. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) أسرة من المجتمع الإمارتي. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود العديد من التحديات التي تواجه أسر الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة منها (التحديات التربوية) ومن أهم هذه التحديات "عدم الوعي الكافي بأساليب التعامل مع الطفل ذوي الإعاقة. (التحديات الاجتماعية) ومن أهم هذه التحديات " شعورهم بأن مكانة العائلة الاجتماعية ضعيفة بسبب وجود طفل ذوي الإعاقة فيها". (التحديات الانفعالية) ومن أهم هذه التحديات "الشعور بالخجل أمام الأقارب والمجتمع بسبب حالة الطفل ذوي الإعاقة". (التحديات الصحية) ومن أهم هذه التحديات "صعوبة توفير الأدوية والفحوصات اللازمة للطفل ذوي الإعاقة". (التحديات الاقتصادية) ومن أهم هذه التحديات "ارتفاع تكلفة العناية الصحية للطفل ذوي الإعاقة". The current study aimed to identify the challenges facing the families of persons with disabilities in the UAE society. The study used to identify the challenges facing the families of persons with disabilities (prepared by the researcher). The study adopted the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (120) families from the UAE community. The results found that there are many challenges facing the families of persons with disabilities, namely: (educational challenges), the most important of which is "insufficient awareness of methods of dealing with children with disabilities. (Social challenges) The most important of these challenges is "their feeling that the social status of the family is weak due to the presence of a child with disabilities in it." (Emotional challenges) The most important of these challenges is "feeling ashamed in front of relatives and society because of the condition of the child with disabilities." (Health challenges) The most important of these challenges is "the difficulty of providing the necessary medicines and tests for children with disabilities." (Economic challenges) The most important of these challenges is "the high cost of health care for children with disabilities." | ||
