| Abstract | ||
| ملخص البحث : تهدف الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مدى استخدام معلمي الرياضيات بالمملکة العربية السعودية لمبادئ النظرية البنائية من وجهة نظرهم, وکذلک اهم المعوقات التي تعيق هذا الاستخدام. ولإتمام هذه الدراسة تم وضع استبانة تتکون من ستة محاور , محورها السادس يتعلق باهم المعوقات ومحاورها الأخرى تتعلق بمدى استخدام معلمي الرياضيات لمبادئ البنائية وقد تم تطبيق الإستبانة على عينة مکونة من 497 معلم من مدينتي مکة المکرمة والمدينة المنورة ومن مختلف المراحل التعلمية, حيث وجد أن المعلمين يعتقدون بأنهم يستخدمون مبادئ النظرية البنائية غالباً حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لاستجابتهم 3,80 من 5کما أظهرت النتائج فروق في درجة التوظيف لمصلحة المعلمين الأکثر خبرة أما بالنسبة للمرحلة فوجد فروق ذات دلالة لمصلحة معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية , أما بالنسبة لأهم المعوقات التي تعيق استخدام مبادئ النظرية البنائية فقد کانت التجهيزات في الفصل غير کافية, زيادة عدد الطلاب في الفصل, طول المقرر و قصر الوقت المخصص للموضوع, الکتاب المدرسي و طريقة عرضه , نظام التقويم و الاختبارات, عدم وجود دورات تدريبية للمعلمين بعد الخدمة , ضعف تدريب المعلم قبل الخدمة کماتم التوصل لعدد من التوصيات منها: 7 تطوير برامج إعداد المعلمين بحيث تحتوي على عدد من استراتجيات التدريس الحديثة. 7 تکثيف برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة للمعلمين, واعطائهم فکرة عن مثل هذه النظريات و أساليب توظيفها. 7 تطوير الکتب الدراسية بحيث تتيح للمعلم استخدام مبادئ النظرية البنائية وغيرها من استراتجيات التدريس التي يکون الطالب فيها هو محور العملية التعليمية. 7 إعادة النظر في أعداد الطلاب في الفصول, وتجهيزها بما يساعد على تطبيق الاتجاهات الحديثة في التدريس. This study is a survey of the point views of Saudi teachers of mathematics about the current use of constructivist theory principles in classrooms and the obstacles they encounter when they try to apply them . This study is a survey of the point views of Saudi teachers of mathematics about the current use of constructivist theory principles in classrooms and the obstacles they encounter when they try to apply them . To accomplish this study a six- dimension questionnaire was built by the researcher which sixth dimension was about the obstacles. The instrument was applied on a sample of 497 teachers from two Saudi cities: Makkah and Maddinah. Different educational stages where included. The study revealed that teachers believe that they often apply the principles of the constructivist theory in their teaching. The average was 3.80. The results also revealed a higher implementation level among the teachers with more teaching experiences. Regarding the educational stage the higher use were among the elementary stage teachers. In respect of the obstacles, the participants responses varied. Some accepted the existence of the obstacles whereas others not. On the light of the results some recommendations were introduced: 1- Developing teaching programs and materials for pre-service training programs which include different modern teaching methods and strategies. 2- An intensive training sessions in which in- service teachers come to know about modern teaching theories and how to apply them in classroom. 3-Developing the textbooks in a way that gives a chance to teachers to practice the use of modern teaching theories and strategies in classrooms. 4- Reconsidering the allowed number of students in classrooms and providing classrooms with the equipments needed to apply the modern teaching methods and techniques. | ||
