| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور الهيكلية الإدارية في المؤسسات التدريبية وتأثيرها على تطبيق معايير جودة التدريب، كذلك تحديد المعيقات التي تُعيق تطبيق معايير جودة التدريب في المؤسسات التدريبية بدولة الكويت، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المدربين العاملين بالمؤسسات التدريبية البالغ عددهم (132) مدرب ومدربة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة عن طريق توزيع استبانة حيث كان عدد الذين استجابوا (54) مدرب ومدربة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن أفراد العينة المفحوصة يوافقون بدرجة عالية على أبعاد الهيكلية الإدارية (المركزية، والرسمية) ويوافقون بدرجة متوسطة على بُعد (التخصص)، وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أفراد الدراسة (للمركزية والرسمية) في تطبيق معايير جودة التدريب في حين وجود علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أفراد الدراسة لبعد (للتخصص) في تطبيق معايير جودة التدريب. The study aimed at the organizational structure in training institutions and its impact on good training performance, as well as identifying training courses in training training, where the descriptive analytical approach was used in this study, and the study consisted of all trainers in training institutions. A random sample was chosen from the distribution of a questionnaire, numbering (132), the number of respondents (54). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the examined sample members agree with a high degree on the dimensions of the administrative structure (central and formal) and agree with a moderate degree on the dimension (specialization), and there is no statistically significant relationship in the attitudes of the study individuals )centralization and official( in the application of quality standards While there is a strong direct relationship with statistical significance in the attitudes of the study individuals to the dimension (of specialization) in the application of training quality standards. | ||
