| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على أسلوب الجدارات لتنمية معارف ومهارات المتدربين على ماكينة الأورلية الصناعية (الأوتوماتيك) للإستفادة القصوى من وظائفها، وقياس فاعليته فى رفع مستوى المعارف والأداء المهاري للمتدربين والتي يتضمنها البرنامج، وإتبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي وتكونت عينة البحث من (20) متدربة من خريجى المدارس الثانوية الفنية - قسم الملابس الجاهزة - نظام الثلاث سنوات - وتم تطبيق البرنامج بمصنع الناصر تكستيل لتصنيع وتصدير الملابس الجاهزة بمدينة العبور، وتم إعداد أدوات لتقويم البرنامج والتي تكونت من إختبارين: تحصيلي معرفي ومهاري وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء ومقياس تقدير، وجاءت نتائج البحث تؤكد صحة التحقق من فروض البحث والتي تنص على:- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المتدربين في الإختبار القبلي والبعدي لصاح الإختبار البعدي وذلك في الأداء المعرفي والمهاري الخاص بالبرنامج التدريبي مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي. The research aims to build a training program based on competencies to develop the knowledge and skills of trainers on the industrial Interlock Sewing Machine (automatic) to make the most of its functions and measure its effectiveness on raising the level of knowledge and skill performance contained in the program. Follow Semi-experimental methodological research. The research sample consisted of (20) graduates trainer of Technical Secondary Schools-ready-to-wear department-three-year System-the program was applied at the Nasser textile factory for the manufacture and export of ready-made clothing in Obour City, and was prepared tools for the evaluation of the program, which consisted of two achievement tests of knowledge and skills and a note of performance and a measure of appreciation .The results of the research confirm the validity of the verification of the hypotheses, which provides for the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-test for the post-test valid in the cognitive and skill performance of the training program, which indicates the effectiveness of the training program. | ||
