| استهدف البحث تحليل السياق الداخلي (نقاط القوة – الضعف) المرتبطة ببرامج التحول الرقمي, وتحليل السياق الخارجي (الفرص – التهديدات) لبرامج التحول الرقمي, ومحاولة التوصل إلى خطة مقترحة لمواجهة تحديات التحول الرقمي بالوحدات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030, وتعد من الدراسات الوصفية التي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين العاملين بالوحدات والإدارات الاجتماعية بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بمحافظة أسيوط والبالغ عددهم (154) مفردة, وتوصلت الدراسة في تحليل السياق الداخلي نقاط القوة تمثل في: هناك تنسيق بين الإدارات الاجتماعية لتفعيل برامج التحول الرقمي, ترصد الوحدات الاجتماعية جوائز عينية تتناسب مع حجم المشاركة في دورات التحول الرقمي, وتحليل السياق الخارجي الفرص تمثل في: تعد برامج التحول الرقمي مناخ داعم للقيم الإيجابية للعاملين, وتسهل الجهات الحكومية دعم برامج التحول الرقمي, بينما تمثلت مقترحات مواجهة تحديات التحول الرقمي بالوحدات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 في: التحفيز المادي والعيني للعاملين لاستخدام برامج التحول الرقمي, توافر الكوادر المؤهلة والقادرة على استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات, الانتقال من النظام التقليدى الى التحول الرقمى, اكساب العاملين المعرفة والمهارات التى يتطلبها التحول الرقمى, الاهتمام بالمهارات التكنولوجية للعاملين منذ المراحل المبكرة, وأيضًا مشاركة المواطنين مع إبداع الخدمات الرقمية. The study aimed to analyze the internal context (strengths and weaknesses) associated with digital transformation programs, analyze the external context (opportunities and threats) of digital transformation programs, and try to reach a proposed plan to face the challenges of digital transformation in social units in light of Egypt's Vision 2030, and is one of the descriptive studies that relied on a comprehensive social survey method for officials working in social units and departments in the Social Solidarity Directorate in Assiut Governorate, with 154 individuals The study analyzed the internal context and found that there is coordination between social departments to activate digital transformation programs, social units monitor in-kind prizes commensurate with the size of participation in digital transformation courses, and analyzed the external context and opportunities represented in the digital transformation programs are a supportive climate for positive values for workers, and government agencies facilitate support for digital transformation programs, while proposals to face the challenges of digital transformation in social units in light of Egypt Vision 2030 consisted of material and in-kind incentives for workers to use digital transformation programs, The availability of qualified cadres capable of using information technology, the transition from the traditional system to digital transformation, equipping workers with the knowledge and skills required by the digital transformation, paying attention to the technological skills of workers from the early stages, as well as the participation of citizens with the creation of digital services. | ||
