| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث " التعرف على مستوي الأداء المهاري وعلاقته بحالة التدفق النفسي لدي لاعبي كرة القدم بمحافظة المنيا" ، وذلك من خلال التعرف على العلاقة بين مستوي الأداء المهاري والتدفق النفسي لدي لاعبي كرة القدم للدرجات المختلفة، و التعرف على الفروق في مستوي الأداء المهاري لدي لاعبي كرة القدم للدرجات المختلفة، وأيضا التعرف على الفروق في مستوى التدفق النفسي لدي لاعبي كرة القدم للدرجات المختلفة، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي ، وشملت العينة فريق من كل درجة (الدرجة الثانية فريق نادى المنيا الرياضي وعددهم 22 لاعباً)، و (الدرجة الثالثة فريق مركز شباب سمالوط وعددهم 20 لاعباً)، و(الدرجة الرابعة فريق نادى سمالوط الرياضي وعددهم 17 لاعباً) وذلك للموسم الرياضي (2022،2021). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة تأثر مستوى الأداء المهاري لاعبي الدرجات المختلفة( الثانية – الثالثة – الرابعة) لكرة القدم بحالة التدفق النفسي، وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين لاعبي الدرجات المختلفة( الثانية – الثالثة – الرابعة ) في مستوي الأداء المهاري ، وأيضاً عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين لاعبي الدرجة الثانية ولاعبي الدرجة الثالثة في مستوى التدفق النفسي، بينما توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين لاعبي الدرجة الثانية ولاعبي الدرجة الرابعة ، كما توجد فروق دالة احصائية بين لاعبي الدرجة الثالثة ولاعبي الدرجة الرابعة . و يوصي الباحثان بضرورة الاهتمام بحالة التدفق النفسي عند تصميم البرامج التدريبية لما لها من دوراً كبيراً في رفع مستوى الأداء المهاري في كرة القدم، مع ضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات لمرحلة الناشئين في كرة القدم، وكذلك في الألعاب الجماعية والألعاب الفردية، بالإضافة الي ضرورة توجيه نتائج هذا البحث للعاملين في مجال تدريب كرة القدم للاستفادة منها. The research titled "Identifying the Level of Skill Performance and Its Relationship with Psychological Flow Among Football Players in Minya Governorate" aims to explore the relationship between skill performance levels and psychological flow among football players across different divisions. It also seeks to identify the differences in skill performance levels among football players in various divisions, as well as the differences in psychological flow levels among football players in these divisions. The researchers employed a descriptive methodology, and the sample included one team from each division: (the second division team from Minya Sports Club with 22 players), (the third division team from Samalout Youth Center with 20 players), and (the fourth division team from Samalout Sports Club with 17 players) for the sports season (2021, 2022). The study results showed that the level of skill performance among players of different divisions (second, third, and fourth) in football is affected by the state of psychological flow. There were also statistically significant differences in skill performance levels among players of different divisions (second, third, and fourth). However, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological flow between second division players and third division players, while there were statistically significant differences between second division players and fourth division players, as well as between third division players and fourth division players. The researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to the state of psychological flow when designing training programs due to its significant role in enhancing skill performance in football. They also emphasize the need for further studies on youth football, as well as in team sports and individual sports, in addition to directing the results of this research to those working in the field of football coaching for their benefit. | ||
