| Abstract | ||
| الملخــــــص: يقوم هذا البحث على دراسة الرواة الذين وصفهم العجلي بعبارة" جائز الحديث "لمعرفة حالهم وحكم روايتهم وأقوال العلماء فيهم، وبيان مرتبتهم من حيث الجرح والتعديل، وقد ظهر من نتائج هذا البحث أن العجلي أكثر من استخدم هذا الوصف حيث بلغ عدد الرواة الذين وصفهم العجلي بهذا الوصف ثلاثين راويا، وأطلق هذه العبارة في بعض الرواة الثقات المتفق على توثيقهم ومنهم 16 راويا من رواة الصحيحين وبعض الرواة المتفق على تضعيفهم وما بين ذلك من الرواة، ويظهر أيضا في نهاية هذا البحث أن العجلي يطلق هذه العبارة على من كان في حديثه لين أو ضعف لا يستوجب رد حديثه ويطلقها أيضا في الرواة الثقات الذين في حديثهم عن بعض شيوخهم علّة وإن كان أكثر حديثهم لا علة فيه، فهذه العبارة من أدنى عبارات التعديل. الكلمات المفتاحية: جائز الحديث، الجرح والتعديل، العجلي، الثقات، عبارات التعديل. The narrators whom Al-Ijli described as" jaez alhadith "in his book Maerifat Al-Thiqat" Dr. moaath okab ahmed awwad Associate Professor in the Department Sunnah Department in the College of Sharia- Qassim University- Sauda arabia Summary This research studies the narrations that Al-Ijli described with the phrase "jaez alhadeeth’ sayings about them، and clarified their rank in terms of refutation and modification. It has emerged from the results of this research that Al-Ijli used this description the most، as the number of narrators whom Al-Ijli described with this description reached thirty narrators، and he applied this phrase to some trustworthy narrators who were agreed to be authentic، including 16 narrators from the two Sahihs، and some narrators who were agreed to be weak، and in between. narrators، and what appears at the end of this research is that Al-Ijli applies this word to someone whose hadith was soft or weak and does not require refutation of his hadith، and he also applies it in the trustworthy narrations who in their hadith about Some of their sheikhs are faulty، although most of their hadiths have no fault، which is required for the obligatory use of the simplest expressions of development.
