| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على استشراف المستقبل وأثره في في التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسة الإمارات للتعليم المدرسي، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن أجل ذلك تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (38) عبارة موزعة على محورين رئيسين هما استشراف المستقبل (20 عبارة) والتميز المؤسسي (18عبارة). وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (380) فرداً من العاملين في مؤسسة الإمارات للتعليم، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة في الإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة وفرضياتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير معنوي لاستخدام استشراف المستقبل على التميز المؤسسي في مؤسسة الإمارات للتعليم، وكذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق جوهرية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى التميز المؤسسي في مؤسسة الإمارات للتعليم تُعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس- العمر – المؤهل العلمي – المسمى الوظيفي – سنوات الخبرة)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. Abstract:The study aimed to explore future foresight and its impact on institutional excellence at the Emirates Schools Establishment. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire consisting of 38 statements distributed across two main axes: future foresight (20 statements) and institutional excellence (18 statements). After verifying its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was administered to a sample of 380 employees at the Emirates Schools Establishment, selected through simple random sampling. Appropriate statistical methods were used to address the study's questions and hypotheses. The results revealed a significant impact of employing future foresight on institutional excellence in the Emirates Schools Establishment. Additionally, the results indicated no significant differences in the respondents' perceptions of the level of institutional excellence in the organization attributable to demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification, job title, and years of experience). The study concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions. | ||
