| Abstract | ||
| ملخص البحث: هذا بحث في فلسفة الأخلاق يسعى للتأكيد على عظمة الإسلام في المحافظة على الإنسان وعصمة دمه، باعتباره مكرم من الله، ومكلف من الله -عز وجل- بعبادته، وإعمار أرضه، كما أن الإسلام ومن خلال القانون الإسلامي وقت الحرب، ومن خلال قيمه السامية وتطبيقها يسعى للحفاظ على البشرية حيث إن المسلم في حربه مع الأعداء ملتزم بقيم إسلامية راقية يؤدي التمسك بها إلى عصمة الدماء -وهذا هو بيت القصيد في هذه الدراسة- من خلال نموذج تطبيقي للقيم الإنسانية للحرب في الإسلام، ألا وهو فتح مكة، وذلك من خلال عدة مناهج للمعالجة جمعتُ فيها ما بين المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج التحليلي بخطواته الإجرائية المتمثلة في: استخراج المفاهيم والمصطلحات، وتحديد الإشكالية، ودراسة الظاهرة؛ لرصد الفكرة وتحليلها، وخلاصة نتائج الدراسة تتمثل في أن القيم الإنسانية للحرب في الإسلام طريق لعصمة الدماء من أن تراق، بخلاف ما يعتقد البعض أن الحرب في الإسلام حرب لإبادة الأعداء، وأننا كمسلمين -رغم ما نعانيه من ويلات الحروب التي ألمت بنا في حياتنا المعاصرة – لدينا قيم إسلامية راقية وقت الحروب نفخر بها، لا نحيد عنها قيد أنملة وإن ارتكب الأعداء في حقنا جرائم الإبادة الجماعية كما نسمع ونشاهد، وفتح مكة قديما، ونضال إخواننا في فلسطين حديثا خير شاهد على ذلك. أما عن التوصيات فتتمثل في: ضرورة تضافر الجهود من أجل توضيح عظمة الإسلام في الحفاظ على النفس الإنسانية عموماـ وفي وقت الحرب خصوصا، وتشكيل مراكز بحثية تكون مهمتها توضيح حقيقة الإسلام للمسلمين ولغير المسلمين بكل اللغات الحية. abstract: This is a research in the philosophy of ethics that seeks to emphasize the greatness of Islam in preserving man and the inviolability of his blood، as he is honored by God، and charged by God - the Almighty - to worship Him and develop His land، and Islam، through Islamic law during war، and through its sublime values and their application، seeks to preserve humanity، as the Muslim in his war with the enemies is committed to high Islamic values، adherence to which leads to the inviolability of blood - and this is the crux of the matter in this study - through an applied model of the human values of war in Islam، which is the conquest of Mecca، through several methods of treatment in which I combined the historical method and the analytical method with its procedural steps represented in: extracting concepts and terms، defining the problem، and studying the phenomenon; To monitor and analyze the idea، and the summary of the study results is that the human values of war in Islam are a way to protect blood from being shed، contrary to what some believe that war in Islam is a war to exterminate enemies، and that we as Muslims - despite what we suffer from the woes of wars that have befallen us in our contemporary life - have high Islamic values during wars that we are proud of، we do not deviate from them even if the enemies commit crimes of genocide against us as we hear and see، and the conquest of Mecca in the past، and the struggle of our brothers in Palestine recently is the best witness to that. As for the recommendations، they are: the necessity of combining efforts to clarify the greatness of Islam in preserving the human soul in general - and in times of war in particular، and forming research centers whose mission is to clarify the truth of Islam to Muslims and non-Muslims in all living languages.
