| Abstract | ||
| مناهج التربية الرياضية وأنشطتها المختلفة يغلب عليها الجانب التطبيقي وبالتالي فان التقنيات التعليمية المتمثلة في الوسائل والأدوات والأجهزة المختلفة المرئية والمسموعة تلعب دوار هاما في إبراز المكونات المحددة تطوير وا ن التعليم لا يعني بالضرورة إضافة مواد أو بارمج تعليمية جديدة ، أو إضافة أجهزة وأدوات، لأن تكنولوجيا التعليم ليست مجرد مظهر عصري أو اقتناء للأجهزة التعليمية ، وانما يتم ذلك عن طريق التوظيف الأمثل لاستخدام مستحدثات العصر، وما تنتجه تكنولوجيا التعليم من إمكانات ، وذلك لإحداث التأثير الإيجابي لدي المتعلمين وان عملية التجديد والتحديث في مجال استراتيجيات تدريس المقرارت التطبيقية والمهاارت المختلفة واكتسابها في العصر الحديث لم تعد محل النقاش ، بل أصبحت أمر بالغ الأهمية ومطلبا حيوياً وملحاً من أجل إحداث التوازن بين الحياة السريعة، والتغير في عصر العولمة ولذلك تعد المؤسسات التعليمية هي الأمل في صنع المستقبل، مما جعل التعليم أحد الاستراتيجيات الهامة لتطوير المجتمع .وتبلورت مشكلة البحث من خلال الخبرة العملية للباحثة ، وقيامها بتدريس مقرر التربية العملية الداخلية للفرقه الثانية بنات بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة مدينة السادات والمشاركة في لجان الممتحنين لمقرر التربية العملية الداخلية لأحظت أن الطالبات ينتابهن حاله من القلق والخوف من الأداء في الأمتحان العملي والشفوي وشعورهم بالأحباط لخوفهم من عدم قيامهن بالأداء المطلوب ، والذي يؤثر سلباً علي الدرجات الخاصة بهن , حيث أن قلق الأمتحان من أكبر المشكلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية الرياضية ، ولا شك أن قلق الأختبار العملي يظهر في جميع الألعاب الرياضية وخاصة عند تنفيذ درس التربية الرياضية الذي يحتاج الي تركيز واعداد دقيق بالأضافة الي الثقة بالنفس اثناء الأداء ، وكل هذا يولد حالة من القلق Physical education curricula and their various activities are dominated by the applied aspect, and therefore the educational technologies represented in the means, tools and various visual and audio devices play an important role in highlighting the specific components The development of education does not necessarily mean adding new educational materials or programs, or adding devices and tools, because educational technology is not just a modern appearance or acquisition of educational devices, but rather through the optimal employment of the use of modern innovations, and the potential produced by educational technology, In order to make a positive impact on learners and that the process of renewal and modernization in the field of strategies for teaching applied courses and various skills and their acquisition in the modern era is no longer the subject of discussion, but has become a critical requirement and a vital and urgent requirement in order to strike a balance between fast life, and change in the era of globalization and therefore educational institutions are the hope in making the future, which made education one of the important strategies for the development of society.
