| Abstract | ||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل محتوى كتب الرياضيات للصف الثاني المتوسط في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء مهارات التفكير الهندسي (التصويري، التحليلي، الاستدلالي الشكلي وغير الشكلي، والتجريدي)، ويركز البحث على تقييم مدى توفر هذه المهارات في المناهج الدراسية من خلال تحليل الفقرات والأنشطة والأسئلة المتعلقة بالهندسة، ولتحقيق هدف هذا البحث استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت بطاقة تحليل المحتوى لمهارات التفكير الهندسي بمؤشراتها أداةً للبحث، وتمثلت عينة البحث في كتب الرياضيات للصف الثاني المتوسط بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وأظهرت نتائج البحث، وأظهرت النتائج أن جميع مهارات التفكير الهندسي متوفرة في الكتب، ولكن بنسب متفاوتة، حيث جاءت مهارة التفكير التصويري بنسبة (29.85%) كأعلى نسبة نظرًا لاعتماد الكتب بشكل كبير على الأشكال التوضيحية والأمثلة البصرية لتبسيط المفاهيم الهندسية، تلتها مهارة التفكير التحليلي بنسبة (28.063%)، والتي تتطلب من الطلاب تحليل الأشكال واستنتاج العلاقات بينها، بينما ظهرت مهارة التفكير الاستدلالي غير الشكلي بنسبة (18.43%) ومهارة التفكير الاستدلالي الشكلي بنسبة (14.68%)، ما يشير إلى التركيز الأقل على البراهين الهندسية المعقدة في هذه المرحلة التعليمية، أما مهارة التفكير التجريدي فجاءت في المرتبة الأخيرة بنسبة (8.97%)، نظرًا لتعقيدها واعتمادها على مستوى متقدم من التجريد الذهني الذي يتم تطويره في مراحل لاحقة. ويوصي البحث بضرورة تحسين التوازن بين المهارات المختلفة في المناهج، مع التركيز على زيادة الأنشطة التي تنمي مهارات التفكير التجريدي والاستدلالي الشكلي، وذلك لتحقيق تكامل أكبر في تنمية قدرات الطلاب الهندسية بما يتماشى مع متطلبات التعليم الحديث ورؤية المملكة 2030. This research aims to analyze the content of mathematics textbooks for the second intermediate grade in Saudi Arabia in light of geometric thinking skills (visual, analytical, formal and informal deductive, and abstract). The study focuses on evaluating the extent to which these skills are present in the curriculum by analyzing the relevant sections, activities, and questions related to geometry. To achieve the research objective, the descriptive-analytical method was employed, and a content analysis tool based on geometric thinking skills and their indicators was used. The research sample consisted of mathematics textbooks for the second intermediate grade in Saudi Arabia. The results of the study indicated that all geometric thinking skills are present in the textbooks, albeit in varying degrees. The visual thinking skill was the most prominent, appearing at a rate of 29.85%, reflecting the textbooks' heavy reliance on illustrative figures and visual examples to simplify geometric concepts. This was followed by analytical thinking at 28.063%, which requires students to analyze shapes and deduce the relationships between them. Informal deductive thinking appeared at 18.43%, while formal deductive thinking was present at 14.68%, indicating a lesser focus on complex geometric proofs at this educational stage. Abstract thinking was ranked last at 8.97%, due to its complexity and reliance on a more advanced level of mental abstraction, which is typically developed in later stages. The study recommends enhancing the balance between different skills in the curriculum, with an emphasis on increasing activities that foster abstract and formal deductive thinking skills, in order to achieve a more integrated development of students' geometric abilities in line with the requirements of modern education and Saudi Vision 2030. | ||
