| The research deals with studying the impact of non-material ruling powers on the spatial formation of residential areas in Nasr City in the period between 1952:1974 AD, as the beginning of the period represents a clear shift in political powers with the Free Officers assuming power and the subsequent changes in the system of ruling powers, which led to an urban transformation and the dominance of spatial formations of residential areas similar to the formations of blocks and spaces in western areas also influenced by modernist thought. The end of the period was chosen with the economic openness as a turning point for economic powers and the system of the ruling network following it. The study relied on analyzing the network of ruling powers influencing the spatial formation of the Fourth District area in Nasr City and extrapolating those ruling powers for the case study, and identifying the spatial formations of the study area in the time period between 1952:1974 AD, to demonstrate the impact of the network of ruling powers and its work as a system of powers on the spatial formations of the Fourth District area as a case study and on residential areas in Nasr City. يتناول البحث دراسة أثر القوى الحاكمة غير المادية على التشكيل الفراغى للمناطق السكنية فى مدينة نصر فى الفترة ما بين عامى 1974:1952 م، حيث تمثل بداية الفترة تحول واضح فى القوى السياسية بتولى الضباط الأحرار مقاليد الحكم وما تبعه من تغيرات فى منظومة القوى الحاكمة مما أدى إلى حدوثتحول عمرانى وسيادة التشكيلات الفراغية للمناطق السكنية الشبيهة بالتشكيلات لكتل وفراغات مناطق غربية متأثرة أيضا بالفكر الحداثى، وتم إختيار نهاية الفترة مع الإنفتاح الإقتصادى كنقطة تحول للقوى الاقتصادية ومنظومة الشبكة الحاكمة التالية لها. فأعتمدت الدراسة تحليل شبكة القوى الحاكمة المؤثرة على التشكيل الفراغى لمنطقة الحى الرابع بمدينة نصر واستقراء تلك القوى الحاكمة للحالة الدراسية، والتعرف على التشكيلات الفراغية لمنطقة الدراسة فى الفترة الزمنية ما بين عامى 1974:1952 م، لبيان أثر شبكة القوى الحاكمة وعملها كمنظومة قوى على التشكيلات الفراغية لمنطقة الحى الرابع كحالة دراسية وعلى المناطق السكنية بمدينة نصر. | ||
