| Abstract | ||
| The great and rapid boom in information and communication technology has led to the necessity of thinking about benefiting from the applications of these technologies in all aspects of life, as these technologies have had a great impact in many areas, especially urban spaces in general, due to their proximity to the needs of users, and because of the facilitation and acceleration of the movement of life, which supports the movement of progress and Development, and interest in smart urban spaces and the impact of the information and communications revolution on urban development have become one of the most important areas of research for those interested in architectural and urban studies. Despite the emergence of the impact of the information and technological revolution in many governmental and societal departments in Egypt, such as health, education, media, and economy, and the reliance of many of these fields on it in decision-making, the urban spaces in Egyptian cities in general and university urban spaces in particular have not yet been sufficiently affected by this information revolution, although these spaces are the most capable of benefiting from it. This revolution because it represents the spatial space in which many other development sectors are embodied, so the importance of research appears in addressing the impact of the information revolution on university urban spaces and the extent of the possibility of interaction between the built environment, the interstitial spaces and the information environment, and identifying global experiences in many international universities and studying the negatives and positives of this interaction, which helps to Improving the educational process and achieving the highest quality and performance, while identifying the possibilities of application in Egypt and its feasibility in light of the current situation of Egyptian universities and their capabilities. أدت اﻟﻄﻔﺮة اﻟﻜﺒﯿﺮة واﻟﺴﺮﯾﻌﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻘﻨﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت واﻻﺗﺼﺎﻻت اﻟﻲ ﺿﺮورة اﻟﺘﻔﻜﯿﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻻﺳﺘﻔﺎدة ﻣﻦ ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻘﺎت ھﺬه اﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺎت ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ اوﺟه اﻟﺤﯿﺎه، ﺣﯿﺚ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻟﮭﺬه اﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺎت ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻛﺒﯿﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺠﺎﻻت وﺧﺎﺻﺔ اﻟﻔﺮاﻏﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﯿﺔ ﺑﻮﺟﮫ ﻋﺎم ﻟﻘﺮﺑﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ اﺣﺘﯿﺎﺟﺎت اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﯿﻦ، وﻟﻤﺎ ﺗﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﮫ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺴﮭﯿﻞ وﺗﺴﺮﯾﻊ ﺣﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺤﯿﺎة ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺪﻋﻢ ﺣﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺘﻘﺪم و اﻟﺘﻨﻤﯿﺔ، واﺻﺒﺢ اﻻھﺘﻤﺎم ﺑﺎﻟﻔﺮاﻏﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﺬﻛﯿﺔ وﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺛﻮرة اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت واﻻﺗﺼﺎﻻت ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﻌﻤﺮان ﻣﻦ اھﻢ ﻣﺠﺎﻻت اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻟﻠﻤﮭﺘﻤﯿﻦ ﺑﺎﻟﺪراﺳﺎت اﻟﻤﻌﻤﺎرﯾﺔ واﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﯿﺔ. ورﻏﻢ ظﮭﻮر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﻟﺜﻮرة اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺜﯿﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻻدارات اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﯿﺔ واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺼﺮ ﻛﺎﻟﺼﺤﺔ واﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ واﻻﻋﻼم واﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎد واﻋﺘﻤﺎد اﻟﻌﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﺠﺎﻻت ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ اﺗﺨﺎذ اﻟﻘﺮارات، اﻻ ان اﻟﻔﺮاﻏﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﯿﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺪن اﻟﻤﺼﺮﯾﺔ ﺑﻮﺟﮫ ﻋﺎم واﻟﻔﺮاﻏﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﯿﺔ ﺑﻮﺟﮫ ﺧﺎص ﻟﻢ ﺗﺘﺄﺛﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﻜﻞ اﻟﻜﺎﻓﻲ ﺑﺘﻠﻚ اﻟﺜﻮرة اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﺔ، ﺑﺎﻟﺮﻏﻢ ان ھﺬه اﻟﻔﺮاﻏﺎت ھﻲ اﻻﻗﺪرﻋﻠﻲ اﻻﺳﺘﻔﺎدة ﻣﻦ ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﺜﻮرة ﻻﻧﮭﺎ ﺗﻤﺜﻞ اﻟﺤﯿﺰ اﻟﻤﻜﺎﻧﻲ اﻟﺬي ﺗﺘﺠﺴﺪ ﺑﮫ اﻟﻌﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻘﻄﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﺘﻨﻤﻮﯾﺔ اﻻﺧﺮي، ﻟﺬا ﺗﻈﮭﺮ اھﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﺎوﻟﺔ ﻟﺘﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺛﻮرة اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﻔﺮاﻏﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﺮاﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﯿﺔ وﻣﺪي اﻣﻜﺎﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﺒﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﻨﯿﺔ واﻟﻔﺮاﻏﺎت اﻟﺒﯿﻨﯿﺔ واﻟﺒﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﺔ، واﻟﺘﻌﺮف ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﺘﺠﺎرب اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت اﻟﺪوﻟﯿﺔ ودراﺳﺔ ﺳﻠﺒﯿﺎت واﯾﺠﺎﺑﯿﺎت ھﺬا اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺗﺤﺴﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﯿﺔ وﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻋﻠﻲ ﺟﻮدة واداء ﻟﮭﺎ، ﻣﻊ اﻟﺘﻌﺮف ﻋﻠﻲ اﻣﻜﺎﻧﯿﺎت اﻟﺘﻄﺒﯿﻖ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺼﺮ وﺟﺪواھﺎ ﻓﻲ ظﻞ اﻟﻮﺿﻊ اﻟﺤﺎﻟﻲ ﻟﻠﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت اﻟﻤﺼﺮﯾﺔ واﻣﻜﺎﻧﯿﺎﺗﮭﺎ. | ||
