| Investing in human energies is one of the most important investments ever, because the most important condition for progress is the possession of high human capabilities that are employed for the advancement of nations, as the human being is the main element of any economic, social, educational, cultural or political activity. The Arab Republic of Egypt attaches great importance to investing in the minds of young people and their creative ideas, and this interest began theoretically in the adopted 2030 sustainable development plan, which emphasized directing greater attention, expanding the innovation base in all sectors, and employing technology in all aspects of life, which contributes to the transformation of the economy Egypt to become more diversified based on inexhaustible knowledge wealth. This study aims to identify the role of the Higher Institute of Computer and Business Administration in Zarqa-Damietta in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its students and the obstacles they face. The role of the institute in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its students and the obstacles they face from the point of view of the students themselves. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher distributed paper questionnaires to a random sample of the fourth year students at the institute. The study concluded with a proposed strategy to improve the role of the Higher Institute of Computer and Business Administration in Zarqa-Damietta in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its students. | ||
