| Abstract | ||
| تقدم هذه الدراسة تحليلاً نوعيًا وكميًا شاملاً للترجمات القرآنية لكل من محمد محمود غالي ومحمد عبد الحليم من منظور اللسانيات الجنائية. ويتطرق البحث إلى الأبعاد اللغوية والثقافية والقانونية المضمنة في هذه الترجمات، ويسلط الضوء على كيفية تأثير الاختلافات اللغوية على التفسير القانوني. من خلال دراسة كل من السمات اللغوية الدقيقة والتطبيق الثقافي والجنائي (الشرعي) الأوسع للترجمات، تستكشف الدراسة تأثير خيارات الترجمة على المعايير القانونية وتحليل اللسانيات الجنائية. ويقدم البحث أيضًا تقييمًا كميًا للأنماط والاختلافات اللغوية، ويقدم نظرة ثاقبة لأهمية لتطبيقات ترجمة علم اللسانيات الجنائية في سياق النص القرآني. This study provides a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Quranic translations by Mohamed Mahmoud Ghaly and M. A. S. Abdel Haleem through the lens of forensic linguistics. The research delves into the linguistic, cultural, and legal dimensions embedded in these translations, highlighting how linguistic variations influence legal interpretation. By examining both the nuanced linguistic features and the broader cultural and forensic applicability of the translations, the study explores the impact of translation choices on legal standards and forensic analysis. The paper also presents a quantitative assessment of linguistic patterns and differences, offering insights into the forensic significance of translation practices in the context of Quranic text. | ||
