| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلى التعرف علي تصميم برنامج واقع إفتراضي مقترح لتحسين الكفاءة الوظيفية لمفصل الفخذ الصناعي بعد تأهيله وذلك من خلال معرفة تأثيره علي قوة عضلات مفصل الفخذ - المدي الحركي لمفاصل الفخذ والركبة - درجة الألم ، إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي وذلك بإستخدام أسلوب القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي للمجموعة الواحدة وذلك لملائمتة لطبيعة وأهداف البحث ، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من السيدات المصابين بعد إستبدال مفصل الفخذ الصناعي والتي تتراوح أعمارهم مابين (40-60) سنة المترددات على وحدة الطب الرياضي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ وعددهم (8) مصابين ، في ضوء نتائج التحليل الوصفي وفي حدود عينة البحث وعلى ضوء أهداف البحث والإمكانات المتاحة أمكنت الباحثة التوصل إلى الإستخلاصات التالية أن برنامج الواقع الإفتراضي المقترح أثر تأثير إيجابي علي متغير القوة العضلية فى القياس البعدى بين الرجل المصابة والرجل السليمة لمفصل الفخذ الصناعي بعد تأهيله لدى عينة البحث - أن برنامج الواقع الإفتراضي المقترح أثر تأثير إيجابي علي متغير المدي الحركي فى القياس البعدى بين الرجل المصابة والرجل السليمة لمفصل الفخذ الصناعي بعد تأهيله لدى عينة البحث - أن برنامج الواقع الإفتراضي المقترح أثر تأثير إيجابي علي متغير درجة الألم فى القياس البعدى بين الرجل المصابة والرجل السليمة لمفصل الفخذ الصناعي بعد تأهيله لدى عينة البحث The research aims to design a proposed virtual reality program to improve the functional efficiency of the artificial hip joint after rehabilitation. This is achieved by examining its effect on the strength of the hip joint muscles, the range of motion of the hip and knee joints, and the degree of pain. The researcher used the experimental method, employing a pre-test and post-test design for a single group, which is suitable for the nature and objectives of the research. The research sample was deliberately selected from women who had undergone hip joint replacement surgery, aged between 40-60 years, who frequented the sports medicine unit in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The sample size was 8 patients. Based on the descriptive analysis results, within the research sample limits, and considering the research objectives and available resources, the researcher reached the following conclusions: The proposed virtual reality program had a positive effect on the muscle strength variable in the post-test between the affected leg and the healthy leg of the artificial hip joint after rehabilitation in the research sample. The proposed virtual reality program had a positive effect on the range of motion variable in the post-test between the affected leg and the healthy leg of the artificial hip joint after rehabilitation in the research sample.
