| Abstract | ||
| التعرف على فاعلية التمرينات التأهيلية علي تيبس مفصل الكتف لدي مرضي السكر ويتفرع منه الاهداف الفرعية الثانية: درجة الألم المصاحبة للإصابة. المدى الحركي لمفصل الكتف المصاب. قوة العضلات العاملة على مفصل الكتف. محيط العضد حول الكتف المصاب. فى متغيرات قياسات البحث (المدى الحركى- القوة العضلية- محيط العضد - الإحساس بدرجة الألم) منهج الدراسة: استخدم الباحث المنهج التجربيبي لمجموعتين بطريقه القياس القبلي والبيني والبعدي لمناسبته لطبيعه البحث. - مجتمع الدراسة: تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المرضى المترددين علي وحدة الطب الرياضي بمحافظة كفرالشيخ بعمر (40-60) سنة. عينة الدراسة: تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من خلال المراجعة المستمرة لوحدة الطب الرياضي بمحافظة كفرالشيخ وتم احصاء عدد المترددين من المرضى المصابين بداء السكري من قبل الباحث، وبالتعاون مع الوحدة فكان عددهم (12) مريض، وبعمر (45-55) عاماً، وتم استبعاد 2 منهم يعانون أمراضاً مزمنة، وبذلك اصبح العدد المتبقي (10) مصابين. في ضوء أهداف وفروض وإجراءات الدراسة واستنادا إلي ما أسفرت عنه المعالجات الإحصائية أمكن التوصل إلي الاستنتاجات التالية: تخفيف حدة الألم المتزامن مع الإصابة يؤكد على موضوعية البرنامج التأهيلي. ادى البرنامج الى تحسن إيجابي في المدى الحركي في جميع الاتجاهات وظهر ذلك من خلال زيادة التحسن المعدلات تغير القياسات التتبعية والقياسات البعدية عن القياسات القبلية. البرنامج الحركي المستخدم له تأثير ايجابي على بعض المتغيرات المورفولوجية. البرنامج الحركي المستخدم له تأثير ايجابي على بعض المتغيرات الفسيولوجية. The research aims to identify the effectiveness of rehabilitation exercises on shoulder joint stiffness in diabetic patients. The secondary objectives include: The degree of pain associated with the injury. The range of motion of the affected shoulder joint. The strength of the muscles working on the shoulder joint. The circumference of the upper arm around the affected shoulder. In the research variables (range of motion, muscle strength, upper arm circumference, and pain sensation), the researcher used the experimental method with two groups using pre-test, intermediate, and post-test measurements, which is suitable for the nature of the research. Study Population: The study population consisted of patients attending the sports medicine unit in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, aged 40-60 years. Study Sample: The study sample was selected through continuous review of the sports medicine unit in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The researcher counted the number of diabetic patients, and in cooperation with the unit, the number was found to be 12 patients, aged 45-55 years. Two patients with chronic diseases were excluded, leaving a total of 10 patients. Based on the study's objectives, hypotheses, and procedures, and according to the statistical analyses, the following conclusions were reached: Reducing the severity of pain associated with the injury confirms the objectivity of the rehabilitation program. The program led to positive improvement in the range of motion in all directions, as evidenced by the increased improvement rates in follow-up and post-test measurements compared to pre-test measurements. The exercise program used had a positive effect on some morphological variables. The exercise program used had a positive effect on some physiological variables. | ||
