| Abstract | ||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلي التعرف علي : تأثير برنامج تأهيلي حركي علي القياسات الفسيولوجية للسيدات البدينات في سن اليأس "من خلال: التعرف علي تأثير البرنامج التأهيلي علي القياسات الفسيولوجية (النبض, ضغط الدم الإنقباضي والإنبساطي, معدل استهلاك الأكسجين, السعة الحيوية) للسيدات البدينات في سن اليأس. مجتمع الدراسة: تكون مجتمع الدراسة من السيدات البدينات الذي يعانون من اضطرابات في الغدة الدرقية والمحولين من أطباء الباطنة والغدد الصماء بعمر (45-٥5) سنة. فكان عددهم 20 سيدة في ضوء اهداف البحث وفروضه وفي حدود طبيعه العينه واستنادُا علي المعالجات الاحصائيه للنتائج وتفسيرها توصل الباحث الي الاستنتاجات التاليه: ليس هناك تأثير كبير لممارسة النشاط البدني عند شدة 70% من HRMAX على هرمونات الغدة الدرقية عند ممارسة النشاط البدني عند فئة الإناث ممن يعانين من كسل الغدة الدرقية. تعتبر ممارسة الانشطة البدنية بشدة متوسطة مناسبة لمرضى كسل الغدة الدرقية حتى اذا نسي المريض تناول الثيروكسين ليوم واحد. الثيروكسين الصناعي الذي يتناوله مريض الكسل يعطي نفس مستوى الثيروكسين الطبيعي في الدم خلال النشاط البدني . النشاط البدني الهوائي متوسط الشدة غير مستوى هرمونات الغدة الدرقية عند السيدات قيد الدراسة ثم نزول الوزن لديهن. جميع مستويات هرمونات الغدة الدرقية كانت ضمن المستويات غير الطبيعية وبغض النظر عن وقت اخذ العينة This research aims to determine the effect of a physical rehabilitation program on the physiological measurements of obese menopausal women: The effect of a motor rehabilitation program on the physiological measurements of obese menopausal women through: Identify the effect of the rehabilitation program on physiological measurements (pulse, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, oxygen consumption rate, and vital capacity) of obese menopausal women. Study population: The study population consisted of obese women with thyroid disorders referred from internal medicine and endocrinology specialists aged (45-55) years. Their number was 20 women in light of the research objectives and hypotheses and within the limits of the nature of the sample, and based on the statistical treatments and interpretation of the results, the researcher reached the following conclusions: There is no significant effect of practicing physical activity at 70% HRMAX intensity on thyroid hormones when practicing physical activity in females with hypothyroidism. Moderate intensity physical activity is appropriate for patients with hypothyroidism, even if the patient forgets to take thyroxine for one day. The synthetic thyroxine taken by patients with lazy thyroid gives the same level of natural thyroxine in the blood during physical activity. Moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity changed the level of thyroid hormones in the women in the study and their weight loss. All thyroid hormone levels were within the abnormal range regardless of the time of sampling. | ||
