| Abstract | ||
| إن السنة هي المصدر الثاني للتشريع، لذا فقد لاقت من عناية المسلمين ما حفظها، ولا غرو؛ فهي قرينة القرآن، أوتيها رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- ليخرج الناس من الظلمات إلى النور، وليبين للناس ما نُزِّلَ إليهم لعلهم يعلمون فيتقون، جاءت شاملة كاملة، لكن أهل الزيغ والضلال زعموا اختلافها وتعارضها، لمَّا لم يفهموا مرادها، فتشككوا وشككوا من غير تدقيق ولا نظر، فقام من أئمة الحديث مَن بيَّنَ خطأهم وردَّ شبهتهم، فجمع بعض الأحاديث المتعارضة وردَّ تعارضها، وذلك ببيان نسخ بعضها لبعض تارة، أو ترجيح بعضها على بعض، أو التوفيق تارة أخرى. ويتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة ، ثم بيان لمعنى التعارض والترجيح. فعرفت التعارض، والترجيح لغةً وشرعاً، وبينت مسالك العلماء في دفع التعارض.. ثم ذكرت أسباب التعارض الظاهري، كما وضحت أركان الترجيح، وفي الأخير عرجت على ذكر نماذج من النصوص المتعارضة وخاتمة: ضمنتها أهم النتائج والتوصيات. The Sunnah is the second source of legislation, so Muslims have paid great attention to it and preserved it. This is no wonder; it is the counterpart of the Qur’an. It was given to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to bring people out of darkness into the light, and to explain to people what was revealed to them so that they might know and fear Allah. It came comprehensive and complete, but the people of deviation and misguidance claimed that it was different and contradictory, because they did not understand its meaning, so they doubted and doubted without scrutiny or consideration. Then some of the imams of hadith rose up to clarify their error and refute their doubts, so they collected some of the conflicting hadiths and refuted their contradiction, by clarifying that some of them abrogated others at times, or preferred some of them over others, or reconciled at other times. This research consists of an introduction, then an explanation of the meaning of conflict and preponderance. So I knew the problem, and the preference, linguistically and legally, and explained the ways of scholars in repeling the problem.. Then I mentioned the reason for the problem with the headphones, and I also explained the elements of preference, and in the end I mentioned examples of conflicting texts. Conclusion: It included the most important results and recommendations. | ||
