| Abstract | ||
| مستخلص البحث : " دور هندسة العمليات الإدارية في تحسين الآداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ" يهدف البحث الي إستخدام هندسة العمليات الاداريه ودورها في تحسين الاداء الإداري بمديريه الشباب والرياضه بمحافظة كفر الشيخ , وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بإستخدام الدراسات المسحية، وذلك لآنه يدرس العلاقـة بين المتغيرات باستخدام مقاييس كمية، وبالتالي هوالأنسب لهذه الدراسة ويحقق أهدافها بالشـكل الذي يضمن الدقة والموضوعية , وقام الباحث بإستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل على كامل مجتمع موظفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ والبالغ عددهم (205)فرد، وذلك حسب مصادرالإدارة العامه للموارد البشرية بالمديرية في العام (2023), من مدير المديرية, ووكلاء المديرية للشباب والرياضة ,ومديري الإدارات , وأخصائي الآنشطة , والكوادر الإدارية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة ، وتم تقسيمعينة البحث الي (25) فرد لإيجاد المعاملات العلمية صدق وثبات إستمارة الإستبان , و (10) أفراد لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية , و (170) فرد لإجراء التطبيق النهائي لإستمارة الإستبيان .، وإستخدم الباحث فى جمع البيانات المقابلة الشخصية وإستمارة إستبيان من تصميم الباحث وقد إتبع الخطوات التالية فى إعدادها (القراءات النظرية للمراجع العلمية والدراسات المرتبطة بموضوع البحث - المقابلة الشخصية المفتوحة - إقتراح المحاور الإفتراضية لإستمارة الإستبيان), وأسفرت أهم النتائج عن التعرف علي هندسة العمليات الاداريه ودورها في تحسين الاداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضه بمحافظة كفر الشيخ , من خلال التعرف علي المتطلبات الواجب توافرها في العمليات الادارية بمديرية الشباب والرياضه بمحافظة كفر الشيخ , والتعرف علي المؤشرات الخاصة بتحسين الاداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضه بمحافظة كفر الشيخ , والتعرف علي العلاقة بين هندسة العمليات الادارية وتحسين الأداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضه بمحافظة كفر الشيخ, . **Abstract:** "The role of business process engineering in improving administrative performance in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate" The research aims to utilize business process engineering and its role in improving administrative performance in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate. The researcher employed the descriptive methodology using survey studies, as it examines the relationship between variables using quantitative measures, making it the most suitable approach for this study to achieve its objectives with accuracy and objectivity. The researcher used a comprehensive survey method on the entire community of employees in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, totaling 205 individuals, according to sources from the General Administration of Human Resources in the Directorate in 2023, including the director of the directorate, deputies of the directorate for youth and sports, department managers, activity specialists, and administrative staff in the Youth and Sports Directorate. The research sample was divided into 25 individuals to determine the scientific validity and reliability of the questionnaire form, 10 individuals for conducting the pilot study, and 170 individuals for the final application of the questionnaire form. The researcher used personal interviews and a questionnaire designed by the researcher for data collection, following the steps in preparing it: theoretical readings of scientific references and studies related to the research topic, open personal interviews, and proposing hypothetical axes for the questionnaire form. The most important results included identifying business process engineering and its role in improving administrative performance in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, identifying the requirements needed for administrative processes in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, identifying the indicators related to improving administrative performance in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, and identifying the relationship between business process engineering and improving administrative performance in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate. | ||
