| Abstract | ||
| تعد الوسائط المتعددة من أهم المستحدثات ، إذ تمثل التطور المنطقي لدمج تكنولوجيا النص الفائق وتكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة معا ، فهي استراتيجية تقوم على إحداث ارتباطات لا خطية بين مجموعة من المعلومات والمعارف والمفاهيم ، وتُقدم من خلال برمجيات الحاسب الألي ، وتتضمن محطات معلوماتية (عقد) تربط بين وصلات (روابط) تتيح للمتعلم الإبحار في عمق المعلومة وحرية التنقل بين البناء المعرفي مع فيض من تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة لعرض الرسالة العلمية على نحو يتصف بالشمول والعمق . هدف البحث الي : اعداد برنامج تدريبي باستخدام الوسائط المتعددة لتدريج نموذج البنطلون الحريمي لتنمية معارف ومهارات الخريجات . قياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في اكساب الخريجات المعارف الأساسية الخاصة بتدريج البنطلون الحريمي . قياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في اكساب الخريجات المهارات الأساسية الخاصة بتدريج البنطلون الحريمي . توصل البحث الي : وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للبرنامج التدريبي باستخدام الوسائط المتعددة لتدريج نموذج البنطلون الحريمي لصالح التطبيق البعدي "الفاعلية" . وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المعرفي لصالح التطبيق البعدي . وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الأداء المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي . أوصى البحث بــ : ضرورة استمرار عمليات التدريب في المؤسسات التعليمية لمواجهة المتغيرات السريعة باعتبارها عنصرا اساسيا من عناصر التنمية البشرية . إقامة برامج تدريبية بمجال تصنيع الملابس لرفع مستوى مهارة الخريجات للوصول بالمنتجات السعودية إلى العالمية . تعزيز دور الجامعات من خلال إجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات في مجال تصنيع الملابس. إنشاء مواقع الكترونية توفر المعلومات المتنوعة التي تخدم الخريجات السعوديات لتمكنهن من إقامة مشروعات صغيرة خاصة بهن. Multimedia is one of the most important innovations, as it represents the logical development of integrating hypertext technology and multimedia technology together. It is a strategy based on creating non-linear connections between a set of information, knowledge and concepts, and is presented through computer software, and includes information stations (nodes) that connect Links (links) allow the learner to navigate the depth of information and the freedom to move between the knowledge structure with a wealth of multimedia technology to present the scientific message in a manner characterized by comprehensiveness and depth. The research aims to: 1- Preparing a training program using multimedia to grade the women’s trousers model to develop the knowledge and skills of female graduates. 2- Measuring the effectiveness of the training program in providing female graduates with the basic knowledge of grading women’s trousers. 3- Measuring the effectiveness of the training program in providing female graduates with the basic skills related to grading women’s trousers. The search found: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-application of the training program using multimedia to grade the women’s trousers model in favor of the post-application “Effectiveness”. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-application of the cognitive test in favor of the post-application. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-application of the skill performance test in favor of the post-application. The search recommended: The necessity of continuing training processes in educational institutions to confront rapid changes, as it is an essential element of human development. Establishing training programs in the field of clothing manufacturing to raise the skill level of female graduates to bring Saudi products to the international level. Strengthening the role of universities by conducting more research and studies in the field of clothing manufacturing. Creating websites that provide various information that serves Saudi female graduates to enable them to establish small projects of their own. | ||
