| Abstract | ||
| مازال التغير المناخي ظاهرة كونية تمس الإنسان بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تؤثر علي صحته وطاقته كما تؤثر من نواحي اخري الصناعية والزراعية والاقتصادية والتجارية. يعد التغير المناخي ظاهرة حديثة متاحة في كل المجتمعات تؤثر علي الأفراد بشكل ملحوظ وليس الأفراد فقط بل كل شئ من إنسان وحيوان ونبات أي جميع الكائنات الحية وايضا الكيانات يتأثر الآن اقتصاد دول بالتغير المناخي بشكل ملحوظ. كما يشكل تغير المناخ خطراً يهدد الكثير من الفئات كما يؤثر علي العالم بأكمله فلا بد من المواكبة والتصدي لهذا التغير المناخي لكي نستطع العيش بسلام. تعد وسائل الإعلام التقليدية والحديثة بدروهما الفعال في نشر التوعية ومعالجة الظواهر المختلفة لها اهمية كبري في التوعية بالتغير المناخي ومعالجة أيضآ واعطاء السبل المختلفة لمواكبة التغير المناخي. في ظل الاهتمام المتزايد بقضية التغيرات المناخية والسعي المستمر لإيجاد حلول فعالة لمواجهتها، يبرز دور وسائل الإعلام في توعية الرأي العام من خلال تقديم معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة. بناءً على ذلك، هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية تناول "الصفحة الرسمية لوزارة البيئة المصرية" و"مركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار" على منصة "فيسبوك" لقضية التغيرات المناخية ومخاطرها. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح باستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون، حيث شملت العينة 696 منشورًا من وزارة البيئة و601 منشورًا من مركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار. وتتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول التساؤل التالي: كيف تعالج المنصات الإعلامية الرسمية قضية التغيرات المناخية وفقًا لنموذج COP27؟ استهدفت الدراسة قياس مستوى اهتمام هذه المؤسسات بتناول مخاطر التغيرات المناخية وتوعية الجمهور بها، مع رصد أبرز الموضوعات التي تناولتها تلك الصفحات، وتحليل أساليب المعالجة والإقناع المستخدمة. طرحت الدراسة مجموعة من التساؤلات، منها: السمات العامة للمنشورات المتعلقة بالتغيرات المناخية، وأهم الموضوعات التي تناولتها، والقوالب الإعلامية المستخدمة، بالإضافة إلى الأطر المرجعية والقوى الفاعلة ومسارات البرهنة التي اعتمدت عليها. كما سعت إلى قياس تفاعل الجمهور مع المحتوى المنشور. اعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية الأطر الإعلامية كإطار نظري لتحليل المعالجة الإعلامية للتغيرات المناخية ومخاطرها وأسبابها. كما تناولت أطر الحلول ومسارات البرهنة والقوى الفاعلة، بهدف تقديم تحليل شامل لاتجاهات المعالجة الإعلامية لهذه القضية في سياق المؤتمرات والأحداث العالمية ذات الصلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: ان تغطية جلسات مؤتمر المناخ COP27 ومناقشة أبعاد قضية التغيرات المناخية" جاءت في مقدمة المضامين التي تناولتها الصفحة عينة الدراسة. استخدمت الصفحة عينة الدراسة الوسائط المتعددة في تقديم المحتوى أو المنشور بشكل متكامل؛ ليكون أوضح وأشمل، فقد اعتمدت الصفحة - بشكل كبير - على الصور حيث جاءت في الترتيب الأول. Climate change remains a global phenomenon that directly or indirectly affects humans, impacting their health and energy while also influencing industrial, agricultural, economic, and commercial aspects. Climate change is a contemporary phenomenon that affects all societies and has a noticeable impact on individuals—not only humans but also animals, plants, and all living organisms. Moreover, entire economies are now significantly affected by climate change. Climate change poses a threat to many sectors and influences the entire world, making it essential to keep pace with and address this phenomenon to ensure a sustainable and peaceful existence. Traditional and modern media play a crucial role in raising awareness and addressing various issues, including climate change. They are instrumental in educating the public and providing diverse strategies to cope with climate change. Given the increasing attention to climate change and the ongoing efforts to find effective solutions, media platforms play a key role in educating public opinion by providing accurate and reliable information. Based on this, the study aimed to explore how the "Official Page of the Egyptian Ministry of Environment" and the "Information and Decision Support Center" on Facebook addressed climate change and its risks. The study employed a survey method using content analysis, analyzing 696 posts from the Ministry of Environment and 601 posts from the Information and Decision Support Center. The research problem centered on the question: How do official media platforms address climate change in accordance with the COP27 framework? The study sought to assess the level of attention these institutions give to climate change risks and public awareness while identifying the key topics covered, analyzing media framing, and evaluating persuasive techniques used. The research posed several key questions, including: The general characteristics of climate change-related posts The main topics covered The media formats used The reference frameworks, key actors, and argumentation strategies applied Additionally, the study aimed to measure public engagement with the published content. The study was based on Framing Theory as a theoretical framework to analyze media coverage of climate change, its risks, and causes. It also examined solution-oriented frames, argumentation pathways, and key actors involved, aiming to provide a comprehensive analysis of media approaches to this issue within the context of international conferences and related global events. Findings: One of the most significant findings of the study was that the coverage of COP27 sessions and discussions on various aspects of climate change was the most prominent content on the analyzed pages. The study sample pages relied heavily on multimedia to present content comprehensively and clearly, with images being the most frequently used format. | ||
