| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف علي أثر تطبيق الحوكمة الشرعية على الإفصاح عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات البنكية بدولة الكويت واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينه الدراسة من (200) موظف بالمؤسسات البنكية بدولة الكويت، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الي ان درجة التزام المؤسسات البنكية بدولة الكويت بتعليمات الحوكمة الشرعية فيما يتعلق بالإشراف والمساءلة والمسؤولية جاء بدرجة (عاليــة جدا)، حيث جاء المتوسِّط العام (4.2790)، بانحراف معياري بلغ (56636.) كما أن درجة التزام المؤسسات البنكية بدولة الكويت بتعليمات الحوكمة الشرعية فيما يتعلق بالكفاءة والملاءمة جاء بدرجة (عاليــة جدا)، حيث جاء المتوسِّط العام (4.2290)، بانحراف معياري بلغ (60297.) وأن درجة التزام المؤسسات البنكية بدولة الكويت بتعليمات حوكمة الشرعية فيما يتعلق بحقوق المساهمين جاء بدرجة (عاليــة جدا)، حيث جاء المتوسِّط العام (4.2769)، بانحراف معياري بلغ (59940.) وأن درجة التزام المؤسسات البنكية بدولة الكويت بتعليمات حوكمة الشرعية فيما يتعلق بالإفصاح والشفافية جاء بدرجة (عاليــة جدا)، حيث جاء المتوسِّط العام (4.2714)، بانحراف معياري بلغ (63340.) ويتبين أن درجة التزام المؤسسات البنكية بدولة الكويت بالإفصاح للمسؤولية الاجتماعية جاء بدرجة (عاليــة جدا) حيث جاء المتوسِّط العام (4.4358)، بانحراف معياري بلغ (44574.). This study aims to explore the impact of implementing Sharia governance on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility in Kuwaiti banking institutions. The researcher employed a descriptive methodology, and the study sample consisted of 200 employees from banking institutions in Kuwait. The findings revealed that the degree of adherence of Kuwaiti banking institutions to Sharia governance regulations concerning supervision, accountability, and responsibility was very high, with a general average of (4.2790) and a standard deviation of (0.56636). Additionally, adherence to Sharia governance regulations regarding efficiency and competence was also very high, with a general average of (4.2290) and a standard deviation of (0.60297). Similarly, compliance with Sharia governance in terms of shareholders' rights was very high, with a general average of (4.2769) and a standard deviation of (0.59940). Furthermore, adherence to Sharia governance regarding disclosure and transparency was very high, with a general average of (4.2714) and a standard deviation of (0.63340). The results also indicate that the commitment of Kuwaiti banking institutions to social responsibility disclosure was very high, with a general average of (4.4358) and a standard deviation of (0.44574). | ||
