| Abstract | ||
| لقد جاءت الشريعة الإسلامية مكتملة الأركان، واضحة الأحكام، صالحة لكل زمان ومكان، فمن كمالها شمول أحكامها لجسد الإنسان؛ ظاهره وباطنه، وما يخرج منه وما يدخل إليه، وحيث كان الوجه واجهة البدن وأشرف ما في الإنسان، ومناط العزة والكرامة فيه، وهو جامع للمحاسن، وأعضاؤه التي يحويها نفيسة لطيفة، وأكثر الإدراك بها، حظي بمزيد عناية، وخُص بأحكام فقهية كثيرة منثورة في أبواب الفقه. ويهدق هذا البحث إلي جمع المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بما استتر من الوجه من أعضاء وتجاويف وعظام، ودراسة أحكامها وأحكام ما يخرج منها. وقد توصل الباحث لعدة نتائج أهمها أن المراد بباطن وجه الإنسان هو ما يقابل ظاهره من منابت الشعر إلى أسفل الذقن؛ فهو يشمل كل ما استتر تحت ظاهر جلد الوجه، فيشمل عظام الوجه، وعضلاته، والتجاويف التي تحوي العين، والأنف، والفم. لا يجب غسل باطن العين في الوضوء والغسل. لا أثر لعدسات العين اللاصقة في الوضوء والغسل؛ لأن باطن العين لا يجب غسله، ولا يجب غسل العين الصناعية ولا يستحب، وإذا ثبت طبياً الضرر بغسلها فالضرر يزال. Islamic law came with complete pillars, clear rulings, and valid for all times and places. Its perfection includes its rulings for the human body; its exterior and interior, what comes out of it and what enters it. Since the face is the facade of the body and the most honorable part of the human being, and the basis of pride and dignity in it, and it is a collection of beauties, and its organs that it contains are precious and delicate, and most of the awareness of it, it received more attention, and was allocated many jurisprudential rulings scattered in the chapters of jurisprudence. This research aims to collect jurisprudential issues related to what is hidden from the face of organs, cavities and bones, and to study their rulings and the rulings of what comes out of them. - The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is that what is meant by the interior of the human face is what is opposite its exterior from the hair roots to the bottom of the chin; It includes everything that is hidden under the surface of the skin of the face, including the bones of the face, its muscles, and the cavities that contain the eye, nose, and mouth. - It is not necessary to wash the inside of the eye during ablution and ritual washing. Contact lenses have no effect on ablution and ritual washing, because the inside of the eye does not have to be washed, and it is not necessary to wash the artificial eye, and it is not recommended. If it is medically proven that washing it causes harm, then the harm is removed | ||
