| Abstract | ||
| The insurance system is deemed a necessary component for building a functioning society and a basic need for the occupation of individuals both in the public sector or in the private sector . Insurance grants workers several rights and benifits such as compensations for maladies or compensations for occupational injuries and a host of other unexpected dangers in exchange of the payment of a specified amount of security money on the part of the insured person . Furthermore, social security allows the government to take care of the needs and requirements of social welfare . يعتبر التأمين الاجتماعي رکيزة مهمة لبناء مجتمع مهني و عنصرا أساسيا بالنسبة للحياة العملية لأفراد المجتمع ، سواء عمال في القطاع العام أو خارج القطاع العام ، على اعتبار أنه يعطي للعمال العديد من المزايا و الإيجابيات کتعويض النفقات المصروفة على المرض و الحوادث المهنية و غيرها من الأخطار الغير متوقعة و هذا مقابل دفع مبلغ تأمين صغير من طرف کل مؤمن . بالإضافة إلى هذا يتيح نظام التأمينات الاجتماعية للدولة التکفل لمتطلبات الحماية الاجتماعية | ||
