| Abstract | ||
| This research aims to shed light on the reality transformational leadership to whey extent does it impact extent of its administrative creativity among the employees of the Egyptian hotel, A survey was carried out on 25 hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. The results showed the availability of some of the features dimensions of transformational leadership in hotel managers but not the required image, which is investigating the administrative creativity of employees in Egyptian hotels. The study recommends the application of transformational leadership in Egyptian hotels as it expects the base of administrative participation. the necessity of encouraging creativity in all its forms especially the administrative ones. | ||
