Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات الحکمة المعرفية والتقدير الثقافي الذاتي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات لدي معلمي مدينة الخارجة بالوادي الجديد. وتضمنت عينة الدراسة (104) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي مدينة الخارجة، في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2016-2017م طبق عليهم مقياس استراتيجيات الحکمة المعرفية (إعداد الباحث). ومقياس التقدير الثقافي الذاتي لـ (Ang, et al., 2004) (ترجمة الباحث). وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد مستوى کبير من استراتيجيات الحکمة المعرفية والتقدير الثقافي الذاتي. وتوجد علاقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استراتيجيات الحکمة المعرفية والتقدير الثقافي الذاتي؛ عدا استراتيجية التخمين والبعد ما وراء المعرفي. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استراتيجيات الحکمة المعرفية ترجع إلى متغيري الجنس والتخصص. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استراتيجيات الحکمة المعرفية ترجع إلى متغير المرحلة؛ عدا استراتيجية التخمين؛ فتوجد فروق لصالح معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استراتيجيات الحکمة المعرفية ترجع إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة؛ عدا استراتيجية التخمين؛ فتوجد فروق لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة الأکثر من "10" سنوات. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التقدير الثقافي الذاتي ترجع إلى متغيري الجنس والتخصص. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التقدير الثقافي الذاتي ترجع إلى متغير المرحلة؛ عدا البعد السلوکي؛ فتوجد فروق لصالح معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التقدير الثقافي الذاتي ترجع إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة. The present study aims to identify the strategies of cognitive wisdom and self-cultural appreciation in light of some variables among teachers in the City of Al Kharga, New Valley. The study sample included (104) male and female teachers of the City of Al Kharga, in the first semester of the academic year 2016- 2017, to whom the cognitive wisdom strategies scale was applied (prepared by the researcher). The scale of cultural self-appreciation was developed by (Ang, et al., 2004) and translated by the researcher. The results indicated that there was a high level of cognitive wisdom strategies and self-cultural appreciation. There were statistically significant relationships between strategies of cognitive wisdom and self-cultural appreciation, except for guessing strategy and dimension of metacognitive. There were no statistically significant differences in strategies of cognitive wisdom due to sex variables and specialization variables. There were no statistically significant differences in strategies of cognitive wisdom due to stage variable; except for guessing strategy; there were differences in favor of middle school teachers. There were no statistically significant differences in strategies of cognitive wisdom due to years of experience; except for guessing strategy; there were differences in favor of teachers with more than ten years’ experience. There were no statistically significant differences in self-cultural appreciation due to sex variables and specialization variables. There were no statistically significant differences in self-cultural appreciation due to stage variable; except for behavioral dimension; there were differences in favor of middle school teachers. There were no statistically significant differences in self-cultural appreciation due to years of experience.
