Abstract
A new quaternary alkaloid named cadabine A and β-​sitosterol, β-​sitosterol glucoside, kaempferol-​3,​7-​dimethyl ether, quercetin, kaempferol-​3-​O-​glucoside, quercetin-​3-​O-​rutinoside and stachydrine were isolated from the title plant.  Identification of these compds. was established by phys. and spectral data and by comparison with the authentic samples.  In addn., biol. activities of the ethanolic ext. were investigated.
