| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى بيئة العمل وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري لدى الموظفين الإداريين في جامعة الحدود الشمالية، والتي تعزى للمتغيرات (الجنس- المؤهل العلمي- سنوات الخدمة بالجامعة - المرتبة الوظيفية)، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحثالمنهج الوصفي، وأعتمد على الاستبانه کأداة للدراسة، والتي تکونت من محورين هما محور بيئة العمل وتضمن (40) فقرة تقيس خمس أبعاد (الهيکل التنظيمي، التدريب، التقنية، الحوافز، ظروف العمل)، ومحور الإبداع الإداري وتضمن (12) فقرة، وقد تکونت عينة الدراسة من (288) موظفاً وموظفة بجامعة الحدود الشمالية في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الجامعي 1437/1438هـ، وأظهرت النتائج بأن المتوسط الحسابي العام لدى الموظفين الإداريين جاء في محور بيئة العمل بمستوى (متوسط)، وفي محور الإبداع الإداري بمستوى (عالي)، وجاءت أبعاد بيئة العمل (الهيکل التنظيمي، التقنية، التدريب، الحوافز) بمستوى (متوسط)، بينما جاء بعد (ظروف العمل) بمستوى (عالي), کما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبه ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى أقل من (0.05) بين مستوى بيئة العمل في جميع الأبعاد ومستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى الموظفين الإداريين بجامعة الحدود الشمالية. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات أبرزها: · إجراء دورات تدريبية على متطلبات الإبداع الإداري لتشجيع الموظفين الإداريين بالجامعة. · إعطاء أهمية لتحسين بيئة العمل لدى الإناث عن طريق البرامج المتخصصة. The study aimed to identify the level of the work environment and its relationship to the administrative creativity among the administrative staff at the University of Northern Borders according to the following variables (gender - scientific qualification - years of service at the university - job rank). In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and adopted the questionnaire as a tool of the study; which consisted of two axises. The first axe focused on the work environment as it included (40) paragraph that measure the following five dimensions (the organizational structure- the training- the technology- the incentives and the working conditions). The second axe also focused on the administrative creativity which included (12) paragraph. The study sample consisted of (288) male and female of employees from the administrative staff of the University of Northern Borders in the second semester of the academic year 1437/1438. The results of the study indicated that the general average mean among the administrative staff was at the level of (medium) for the work environment axis, and it was at the level of high for the axis of administrative creativity. Also, the dimensions of the work environment (the organizational structure - the technical- the training and the Incentives) was at the level of medium, while the working conditions dimension was at the high level. Also, the results of the study showed a positive correlation of statistically significant at a level less than (0.05) between the level of the work environment in all dimensions and the level of the administrative creativity among the administrative staff at the University of Northern Borders. In light of the results, the researcher recommended several recommendations. Most of them are: Conducting training courses on the requirements of the administrative creativity to encourage the administrative staff at the university. Giving importance to improve work environment among females through specialized programs. | ||
