| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الأداء المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في ضوء متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وکانت أدوات الدراسة استبيان طبق على عينة قوامها (300) من الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمراحل الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية بمحافظة قنا، وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع الأداء المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في ضوء متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة جاء في مجمله بمستوى دلالة متوسط ومنخفض ولم يتحقق وفقا لاستجابات عينة الدراسة وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات منها، نشر ثقافة مجتمع المعرفة بجميع المراحل التعليمية،وإنشاء موقع إلکتروني للخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بالمدارس لإضافة إلى عمل شبکة تواصل تضم الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين والأکاديميين لنتبادل المعرفة من خلال شبکة الانترنت وضرورة تأهيل الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس من خلال دورات تدريبية عن آليات تطبيق مجتمع المعرفة ومتطلباته. The study aimed to identify the reality of the professional performance of the school social worker in the light of the requirements of the knowledge society. The study used the descriptive method. The study tools were a questionnaire based on a sample of (300) social workers working in the primary, preparatory and secondary stages in Qena Governorate. The social school in the light of the requirements of the knowledge society came in its entirety with a medium and low significance level and was not achieved according to the responses of the sample of the study. DONC cartoonish site social service school schools to add to the network continues to include social workers and academics to share our knowledge through the Internet and the need for rehabilitation of social workers in schools through training for the mechanics of the application of the knowledge society and the requirements of the development of performance cycles in the light of knowledge and age of digital society work. | ||
