| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد فلسفة الإشراف التربوي المتنوع، وأهم الأسس التربوية التي يستند إليها. تعرف واقع أساليب الإشراف التربوي المتبعة ميدانيًا في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بالکويت. تقديم تصور المقترح لتطبيق الإشراف التربوي المتنوع في الکويت. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. تمثلت أهم نتائج التحليل الکمي لأداة الدراسة الميدانية في: بالنسبة لترتيب محاور واقع الإشراف التربوي من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، جاء الترتيب على النحو التالي من المرتبة الأولي إلى الثالثة: محور الآليات، محور الأهداف، محور الفعالية. بالنسبة لتوفر عبارات واقع الإشراف التربوي فقد جاءت النسب في مجملها دون المستوى المطلوب وذلک من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق الإشراف التربوي المتنوع في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الکويت. The study aimed to define the philosophy of Differentiated educational supervision, and the most important educational foundations on which it is based. Know the reality of educational supervision methods used in the field in primary schools in Kuwait. Presenting the proposed vision for applying the Differentiated educational supervision in Kuwait. the study used the descriptive method. The most important results of the quantitative analysis of the field study tool were: With regard to the arrangement of the axes of educational supervision reality from the point of view of the study sample individuals from primary school teachers, the arrangement came as follows from the first to third rank: the mechanisms axis, the goals axis, the effectiveness axis. With regard to the availability of the terms of the educational supervision reality, the proportions in their entirety came below the required level, from the point of view of the study sample. The study ended with the presentation of a suggested concept for applying the Differentiated educational supervision in the primary schools in the State of Kuwait. | ||
