Abstract
تمثل القيادة الموزعة شبکة متفاعلة للقادة والأتباع الذين يغيرون الأدوار بشکل دوري وفقاً لمتطلبات الوضع، وهي قيادة تشارکية جماعية تمتلکها الجماعة، ولا تتمثل في فرد وإنما يمثلها فريق قيادي، ويمکن لأي فرد بالمدرسة أن ينضم للفريق القيادي بها، وهو ما يضمن تنوع الخبرات في الفريق القيادي بما يساهم في تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة، وينبغي للقيادة المدرسية کي تضمن تحقيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية أن يکون تأثير مدير المدرسة موجهاً وداعماً لعمل الفريق القيادي بالمدرسة، وأن يکون لذلک أکبر الأثر على النتائج التعليمية للطلاب، وهو ما يتطلب بناء ثقافة تشارکية تستند إلى رسالة ورؤية وقيم وأهداف مشترکة والتزام مشترک من الفريق القيادي بتحقيقها. وقد استخدم البحث الراهن المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبيان موجه إلى عينة من الهيئة الإدارية والتدريسية بمدارس التعليم الفني الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات في مصر للکشف عن واقع ممارسات القيادة الموزعة بتلک المدارس، ومن ثم التوصل إلى متطلبات بناء مجتمعات تعلم مهنية بالمدارس الفنية الصناعية بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء القيادة الموزعة.
Distributed Leadership (DL) is an interactive network of leaders and followers who change their roles periodically according to the actual situation requirements. The DL is a collective participatory leadership owned by the whole group, and it is not represented by a certain individual, but it is really represented by a leadership team. In addition, any member of the school community can join the leadership team, which ensures the diversity of experiences in the leadership team and contributes to the achievement of the school main goals. Moreover, for the school leadership to ensure the accomplishment of the school professional learning communities, the school manager should guide and support the work of the school leadership team, and this should have the greatest impact on the students' learning outcomes, which requires building a participatory culture that is based on a common mission, vision, values, goals and commitment of the leadership team to achieve them all. The present research used the descriptive research methodology, and applied a questionnaire directed to samples of an administrative and teaching staff in the industrial technical education schools (three years study system) in Egypt, to investigate the current situation related to the practices of the distributed leadership in these schools, hence the researcher could reach to the actual requirements needed by the industrial technical education schools in Arab Republic of Egypt for building professional learning communities in the light of distributed leadership concept.
