| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير برنامج مقترح للتمرينات العلاجية مع استخدام وسائل الاستشفاء علي تحسين کفاءة العمود الفقري وخفض درجة الألم للمصابين بالانزلاق الغضروفي، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبى ذو المجموعة الواحدة، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من المصابين بالانزلاق الغضروفي (الفقرة الغضروفية الرابعة والخامسة – الخامسة والعجزية الأولي)، بلغ عددهم (12) مصاب يمثلون المرحلة السنية من (46- 53) عام من الذکور، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياس القبلى والبعدى فى تحسن قياسات المدى الحرکى للعمود الفقرى لصالح القياس البعدى لعينة البحث، وأيضا وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياس القبلى والبعدى فى تحسن قياسات القوة لعضلات الظهر والبطن والرجلين لصالح القياس البعدى لعينة البحث، وکذلک وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياس القبلى والبعدى فى خفض درجة الألم لصالح القياس البعدى لعينة البحث . The research aims to identify the effect of a proposed program of therapeutic exercises with the use of hospitalization methods to improve the efficiency of the spine and reduce the degree of pain for people who suffer from herniated disc. - The fifth and the first sacral), the number of (12) injured representing the dental stage of (46-53) years of males, and the results reached a statistically significant difference between the pre and post measurement in the improvement of the measurements of the motor range of the spine in favor of the measurement Dimension of the research sample, And also the presence of statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement in the improvement of the strength measurements of the back, abdomen and legs muscles in favor of the dimensional measurement of the research sample, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement in reducing the degree of pain in favor of the dimensional measurement of the research sample. | ||
