| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to identify the effect of BATTLE ROPE exercises on physical variables and the numerical level of the discus throw competition for students of the Faculty of Physical Education, Helwan University, the experimental method was used for two groups, one experimental and the other is a control, the research was applied to a sample of (30) students The Faculty of Physical Education, Helwan University, and the most important results of the research resulted that the use of combat ropes exercises BATTLE ROPE led to positive results in some physical variables, and the digital level of the discus throw competition for the experimental group, and the most important recommendations were interest in using training Combat cords in the traditional BATTLE ROPE program I have students in the Faculty of Physical Education because of its positive effects on physical variables numerical level of discus throw competition. | ||
