| Abstract | ||
| على الرغم من أهمية البيئة العمرانية في بناء المجتمع وعلى الأخص فئة الأطفال، إلا انه في الآونة الأخيرة ومع النمو الحضري المتزايد والضغط على البيئة العمرانية أدى ذلک إلى عدم قدرة معظم البيئات العمرانية لتلبية احتياجات قاطنيها. إن المتجول في المدن المصرية يلاحظ بسهولة غياب بعض العناصر الهامة في البيئة العمرانية التي يجب توفرها للتنمية المتوازنة للطفل. وقد رأت العديد من الدراسات أهمية تطوير المدن لتصبح صديقة للأطفال لأن ذلک سيؤدي إلى مجتمع أفضل. وهناک العديد من المدن التي تبنت الفکرة وبدأت بالفعل في مبادرة لجعل مجتمعاتها صديقة للطفل، حيث تتمثل المشکلة البحثية في تحديد أفضل المواقع داخل المدن والتي يمکن ان تتوافر بها مؤشرات المدن الصديقة للطفل واهم العوامل المؤثرة عليها. لذا يهدف البحث إلى الإجابة على السؤال الاتي: هل التوسعات العمرانية المتمثلة في المدن الجديدة أکثر قدرة على تحقيق الحد الأدنى من الاحتياجات التنموية للطفل وتحقيق مؤشرات المدن الصديقة للطفل ام المدن القائمة. وهل هناک علاقة بين المستوى الاقتصادي لقاطني المناطق السکنية وتحقيق المدينة الصديقة للطفل ام لا؟ وذلک من خلال رصد ملامح البيئة العمرانية ومدى قدرتها على تحقيق مؤشرات المدن الصديقة للطفل بها. وقد أثبت البحث أن التوسعات العمرانية المتمثلة في المدن الجديدة أکثر قدرة على تحقيق مؤشرات المدن الصديقة للطفل نتيجة لتوافر الأراضي ولکن ليس هي العامل الرئيسي فمن اهم الأدوات التي يمکن من خلالها التوصل إلى البيئة العمرانية الصديقة للطفل في مصر هو تطبيق المعدلات والمعايير التخطيطية ويليها العامل الاقتصادي ممثلاً في قدرة السکان على الأنفاق. It is recognized that the built environment is one of the main factors in constructing a healthy community especially for children. Despite that fact, the pressure of recent increase of urban growth on the urban environment led to the inability of most urban communities to meet the needs of their residents. Through exploring the Egyptian cities, the absence of some important urban elements that must be met for a balanced development of the child is easily noticed. Many studies have considered the importance of the cities development to become child-friendly as a way to reach a better society. Many cities have already adopted the idea and started an initiative to make child-friendly communities. In this approach, the research aims to identify the best available locations within cities that are considered child-friendly and the most significant factors affecting them. The research aims to answer the following questions; Are urban environments constructed in new cities more able to achieve the minimum developmental needs for the child-friendly city? Can they achieve the indicators of a child-friendly city? How are the new urban environments compared to existing cities? Is there a relationship between the economic level of the residents in residential areas and the achievement of the child-friendly city or not? These questions can be answered through monitoring the features of the built environments and their ability to achieve the child-friendly indicators. Through the research steps, it was shown that urban expansions represented in new cities are more able to achieve child-friendly city indicators. Although the land availability is considered an important factor that led to this result, but it is not the main factor. On the other hand, the most important factors through which we can reach a child-friendly urban environment in Egypt are; the application of urban planning rates and standards, followed by the economic factor represented in the affordability of the residents. | ||
