| Abstract | ||
| تعد مسارات الحرکة من أهم العناصر التى تشکل العمران بيئياً واجتماعياً، حيث تمثل نقاط مرکزية للحياة العامة وممارسة الأنشطة المختلفة، بالإضافة لدورها فى إعطاء طابع عمرانى من خلال التشکيل الفراغي البصري المميز لها. وتتلخص إشکالية البحث فى عدم دراسة مدى توافق مسارات المشاة بالمناطق الساحلية مع تأثير الإشعاع الشمسي لتحقيق الراحة الحرارية اللازمة والذي ينتج عنه اختفاء الدور الحيوي لمسار المشاة نتيجة للعديد من التحولات والتغيرات المناخية والظواهر الحرارية التي جدت على العالم ومجتمعنا المحلي خاصة خلال الفترة الأخيرة ؛ بالإضافة إلى نقص الوعي البيئي والعمراني وغياب دور الأجهزةالرقابية التي نناشد بتفعيل دورها، والتي تعد مسؤولة عن قياس مدى ملائمة التصميم لطبيعة الموقع، ومن هنا تبرز أهمية المحاولات الجادة نحو إعادة إحياء الدور الفعال لمسارات الحرکة وتعظيم دورها بمردود إيجابي على التنمية العمرانية. لذا يهدف البحث إلى إيجاد معايير لإعادة تفعيل دور مسارات المشاة لتتوافق مع البيئة المحلية وفقاً لملامح ومقومات المکان الطبيعية والاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية من خلال تناول دراسة لمبادئ تصميم مسارات المشاة وتحليل بعض الأمثلة للمصممين والتي تتشابه مع واقعنا المحلي ورصد المعالجات التي تتناسب مع مناخ المناطق الساحلية والتي يرصدها البحث. Walkable streets are one of the most important elements that constitute environmental and social construction. They represent the central points of public life and the practice of various activities, in addition to their role in giving an urban character through its distinctive visual-spatial composition. The problem of research is not to studying the compatibility of walkable streets in coastal areas with the effect of solar radiation to achieve the necessary thermal comfort, which results in the disappearance of the vital role of the walkable streets due to many of the changes and changes in climate and thermal phenomena that have been found on the whole world and our community, especially during the recent period; In addition, there is a lack of environmental and urban awareness and the absence of the role of the regulatory bodies, which we call for activating their role, which is responsible for measuring the design of the nature of the site. Hence the importance of serious attempts to revive the active role of the movement and maximize its role. The study aims at finding criteria for re-activating the role of walkable streets to conform to the local environment in accordance with the natural, social, cultural and economic characteristics of the place by studying the principles of walkable streets design and analyzing some examples of designers that are similar to our local reality and monitoring treatments suitable for coastal climates Which is monitored by research. | ||
