| Abstract | ||
| تمتلک القاهرة ثروة لا يستهان بها من الحدائق التاريخية التي تعد إحدى الموروثات العمرانية القيمة التي ورثتها من حکام الأسرة العلوية، وقد خضعت بعض من تلک الحدائق لمشروعات التطوير والإحياء في محاولة لاسترجاع بهاءها ورونقها مرة أخرى، غير أنها عادت للتدهور مرة أخرى، وذلک لعدة أسباب، ارتبط بعضها بسوء استخدامها من قبل الزوار وطرق تفاعلهم السلبية معها، ويرجع ذلک بدوره إلى وجود قصور في خطط الحفاظ التي تم تنفيذها وأسلوب الإدارة المتبع. ولذلک يتعرض البحث لقضية التأثيرات السلبية للزوار على موارد الحدائق التاريخية ذات القيمة وکيفية التعامل معها من قبل فريق الإدارة، ويهدف إلى تقييم مدى کفاءة الأساليب الإدارية المتبعة في التعامل مع الجمهور وعلاقتهم بالحديقة التاريخية کموجود تراثي، وقد استخدم الباحث استمارة استبيان للتعرف على خصائص الزوار، کما استخدم أسلوب الملاحظة لرصد السلوکيات السلبية للزوار في التعامل مع موارد الحديقة التاريخية، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة الشخصية مع فريق الإدارة للتعرف على أساليب الإدارة المتبعة والمشاکل التي يواجهها مع الزوار، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات الهامة التي يمکن من خلالها تحقيق الحماية واستدامة الحفاظ على موارد تلک الحدائق من ذلک المنظور الاجتماعي. Cairo has a rich legacy of historic gardens that were inherited from the royal era (1804- 1952) in Egypt. Through many years ago, some of these gardens suffered from neglect, abuse, and carelessness due to unplanned interference. Lately, the government has had limited initiations to revitalize and restore some of these neglected parks & gardens. Unfortunately, they have deteriorated back again due to many reasons. One of them was the absence of a deliberated visitor management plan to control and manage the negative impacts of visitors on their cultural and natural resources. The research aims to evaluate the management strategy or actions which are followed in one of these gardens “the Japanese garden” in Helwan, and their effectiveness as well to protect and preserve the garden sustainably. Although it was restored and renovated completely about 13 years ago, it is in very poor condition now. The research depends on 3 methods: a questionnaire with the garden visitors (sample size 30) to investigate their profiles, an observation of the visitor’s behavior, and a face-to-face interview with the manager and stewardship to explore the main problems do they face with the audience. The study concludes with some recommendations for sustainable preservation of the Japanese garden on two levels: policies or strategies level and management and operational level. | ||
