| Abstract | ||
| يتسم الطابع البصري لمساکن جدة التاريخية والتي تقع بإقليم الحجاز بمقومات فريدة دعمتها قوة مرجعيتها المکانية والبيئية والثقافية والاجتماعية، وأصاغ نسيجها العمراني المکون من ممرات وحارات بشکلها التلقائي التي تضيق تارة وتتسع تارة أخرى، حالة فريدة ومميزة لصورة بصرية ذات طابع وهوية خاصة لعمران يقص منظومة حياتية وليدة المکان، وشکل السطح الفاصل بين الداخل والخارج للعمران بکافة مفرداته وتفاصيله المعمارية جانباً کبيراً من الطابع البصري لتلک العمارة التي أضافت لها مفرداتها الخاصة إنطباعاً متفرداً خاصاً لصورتها البصرية محتوية على مضامين ومفاهيم خاصة بالمکان ومؤثراته الطبيعية والبيئية والاجتماعية والثقافية. وکان لمفهوم الحل الداخلي للمسکن التراثي وإطلاله على الخارج وإختفاء الفناء الداخلي به أثره على طابع وهوية المسکن وصورته البصرية. تتناول الدراسة خلفية تاريخية عن الطابع البصري لإقليم الحجاز بشکل عام وإستخراج وتحليل مفاهيم الصورة البصرية لعمران وعمارة مساکن جدة التاريخية بشکل خاص وعوامل تکوينها، والمؤثرات والمستجدات التي صاحبت النمو والإمتدادات المعاصرة للمدينة والتي کان لها دوراً واضحاً في تغير کثير من مفاهيم الطابع البصري للمسکن الحالي، والتي أستبدلت فيها المفردات والمعالجات المعمارية والعمرانية وبشکل عشوائي بمفاهيم دخيلة قائمة على المنفعة المجردة، لا تستند إلى بيئة وثقافة وظروف المکان وموروثاته، حيث تم إستنساخ بعض الملامح السطحية بشکل أضر بأصولها، وغابت الشخصية وأصبح الطابع البصري في متاهة بين مرجعية الجذور وطمس الهوية. وتعرضت الدراسة أيضا لما يتعلق بهوية المسکن بجدة من منظور تأثرها بالطابع البصري ومحاولات لدعم الهوية من خلال أمثلة جادة تصل جذور الماضي بالحاضر. ثم خلصت الدراسة بتوجيهات لدعم الطابع البصري للعمران السکني بمدينة جدة تعتمد على تفاعل العمران مع السياق وبيئته والمستجدات الحالية. The visual character of houses in historical Jeddah which located in province of Hejaz is characterized by unique ingredients supported by the strength of its locational, environmental, cultural, and social characteristics. The urban fabric; formed of Paths and alleys with their spontaneous form that narrow sometimes and widen at other times; has formulated a unique and distinctive visual character with a special character and identity in which the urbanism tells a life system born out of the place. The surface that separates between the urban inside and the outside with all its architectural vocabulary and details has formed much of the visual character of that architecture. This architectural vocabulary has added a unique impression for its visual character that contains special notions (concepts) regarding the place and its natural, environmental, social, and cultural effects. The internal design solution of the traditional house and its views to the outside; and the disappearance of inner courtyard have its own effect on the character and identity of the house and its visual character. The study addresses the historical background of the visual character of “Hijaz” region in general, it also extracts and analyses the concepts and formation factors of visual character of the urbanism and architecture of historical Jeddah houses in particular. The study also addresses the latest developments and effects that accompanied the recent sprawl of the city which had an obvious role in changing much of the visual character conceptions for the contemporary house, in which the architectural and urban vocabulary and treatments have been randomly replaced with outsider concepts based on absolute utility that doesn’t rely on the environment, culture, conditions of the place and its inherited traditions, where some facial features have been cloned in a way that harmed its origins, and the character has disappeared, the visual character got lost between the roots and the obliterated identity. The study also addressed the house identity in Jeddah in relation to visual character and trials to support its identity through some meaningful examples tying the past roots to the present. The study ends with certain directives to support the visual character of residential urbanism in Jeddah City relying on the interaction between urban context, environment, and recent developments. | ||
