| Abstract | ||
| لقد ترکزت جهود دول العالم المختلفة في العناية بنظم إعداد المعلم ومؤسساته؛ لإعداد خريج ذو شخصيةٍ متکاملةٍ مستقرةٍ ومعد إعدادًا جيدًا. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن غالبية دول العالم المتقدم والنامي قد بدأت في تطوير نظم إعدادها للمعلم توافقًا مع الاتجاهات العالمية، ومن تلک الدول التي أولت إعداد المعلم اهتماماً کبيراً دولة فنلندا؛ فقد کانت سياسات وممارسات تربية المعلمين في دولة ذات مخرجات تعليمية عالمية المستوى - مثل فنلندا - مجالًا لا غنى عنه للبحث لکثير من الباحثين؛ لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة وتحليل الخبرة الفنلندية في إعداد المعلم الباحث للتعرف على أهم جوانب التميز بها، وبحث إمکانية الإفادة منها في تطوير برامج إعداد المعلم المصري. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي؛ کما اعتمدت الدراسة أيضًا على (أسلوب دراسة الحالة) ؛ لدراسة حالة إعداد المعلم الباحث في فنلندا؛ وتحقيق الوصف المتعمق لنظام إعداد المعلم الفنلندي واکتشاف العوامل الثقافية المؤثرة في تطوره ووصوله لهذا المستوى من الفعالية. وقد قامت الدراسة بوضع تصور مقترح لإعداد المعلم الباحث في مصر في ضوء دراسة وتحليل الخبرة الفنلندية. The efforts of various countries around the world have focused on the care of teacher preparation systems and institutions to prepare a graduate with a well-integrated, stable and well-prepared personality. It should be noted that the majority of countries in the developed and developing world have begun to develop systems for the preparation of teachers in line with global trends, including those that paid attention to teacher preparation in Finland; Teacher education policies and practices in a country with world-class educational outcomes, such as Finland, have been an indispensable area of research for many researchers. The present study aimed to study and analyze Finnish experience in preparing the researcher teacher to identify the most important aspects of excellence, and to explore the possibility of benefiting from it. In developing Egyptian teacher preparation programs. The present study relied on the descriptive approach; the study also relied on (case study method); to study the case of preparing the research teacher in Finland; And discovering the cultural factors influencing its development and reaching this level of effectiveness. The study developed a proposed concept to prepare the research teacher in Egypt in the light of the study and analysis of Finnish experience. | ||
