| Abstract | ||
| تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة توفر معايير الجودة في برنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة بکلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الکويت، والکشف أيضاً عن أثر متغيرات الدراسة على أراء الطلبة المعلمين الملتحقين ببرنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة في کلية التربية الأساسية. وقد تم جمع بيانات الدراسة باستخدام استبانه موزعة على ستة مجالات وهي: أهداف البرنامج والمنهاج وطرق التدريس وتقويم الطلبة والمرافق والتجهيزات والتدريب الميداني، اشتملت عينة الدراسة من 245 طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن تحقق معايير الجودة لبرنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة بدرجة متوسطة ، کذلک بينت الدراسة وجود فروق بين استجابات الطلاب تعزي لمتغير السنة الدراسية، في حين کشفت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مدى توفر معايير الجودة ببرنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمعدل التراکمي ونوع التخصص المساند وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير برنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة بکلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الکويت ليواکب المستجدات التربوية المعاصرة بما يتفق مع معايير الجودة This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of quality standards for the special education teacher preparation program at College of Basic Education and to find out the relationship between the perspectives of students who enrolled in the special education teacher preparation program at College of Basic Education and their demographics data. The study sample was composed of 245 participants and was randomly selected. The study data were collected using a questionnaire which was divided into six areas: program objectives, curriculum, teaching methods, student evaluation, facilities and equipment, field training. The results showed that the degree of availability of quality standards for the special education teacher preparation program at College of Basic Education reached a medium level. The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the school year and GPA on the participants perspectives. The study showed no statistically significant differences among participants’ perspectives according to their gender and minor track. The study concluded that the special education teacher preparation program at College of Basic Education should be improved to meet the quality standards. | ||
