| Abstract | ||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع معايير الجودة في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفکرية في المملکة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر المعلمات، ودراسة واقع هذه المعايير في جوانب (الرؤية والرسالة، الادارة والعاملين، البيئة التعليمية، التقييم والتشخيص، الخدمات والبرامج)، والتحقق من اثر متغير سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي والدورات التدريبية والمکان التربوي في اجابات معلمات التربية الفکرية، ودراسة المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق الجودة في (الجوانب التنظيمية، الجوانب التعليمية، الجوانب القيادية). ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، وقد قام الباحثان بإعدادها بالاستفادة من الاطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، وذلک في ضوء ما تم صياغته من أهداف واسئلة لهذه الدراسة، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة العشوائية معلمات التلميذات ذوات الإعاقة الفکرية في مدينة الرياض، وتکونت العينة العشوائية من (162) معلمة، قام الباحثان بتوزيع الاستبانة عليهن وتحليلها، وقد اوضحت نتائج الدراسة موافقة المعلمات على وجود معايير الجودة في المعاهد والبرامج في جوانب (الرؤية والرسالة، الادارة والعاملين) بدرجة عالية من الموافقة، فيما أبدت المعلمات موافقة متوسطة في النتائج على تطبيق معايير الجودة في المعاهد والبرامج في جوانب (البيئة التعليمية، التقييم والتشخيص، البرامج والخدمات) کما اتفقت معلمات التربية الفکرية بصورة مرتفعة على ان هناک معوقات تحول دون تطبيق معايير الجودة تتمثل في (الجوانب التنظيمية، الجوانب التعليمية)، في حين تباينت اراؤهن حول (الجوانب القيادية) فکانت درجة الموافقة متوسطة. This study aimed to identify the reality of quality standards in institutes and programs Intellectual Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of the teachers, the study of these standards in all aspects (vision, goals, management and staff, the educational environment, evaluation and diagnosis , services and programs), and checking the impact of the variables: years of experience, qualifications and training courses in the answers of teachers, and the study of the obstacles that prevent the application of quality in the (organizational aspects, educational aspects, aspects of leadership). To achieve the goal of this study, the researchers prepared questionnaire by taking advantage of the theoretical background and previous studies, matching the goals and questions of this study, the sample taken randomly from teachers of disability intellectual in Riyadh, and it was (162) teachers, the results of the study show consent of the teachers of the existence of quality standards in the institutions and programs in the aspects (vision, mission, management and employees) in a high degree of approval, while they gave a medium approval of the existence of quality standards in the institutions and programs in the aspects of (educational environment, evaluation and diagnosis, programs and services) the teachers agreed that there are obstacles to the application of quality standards is the (organizational aspects, educational aspects), in while opinions varied about the (leadership aspects) it was a medium degree of approval. | ||
